Exactly what we expected with staff the cherry on top.
Pros:

It is exactly what I expected with plenty of room, even a dining table. A 7min walk to the station but that is fine. 2 stops from Kyoto so easy to get around. If you needed something, just ask for it. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Pillows. Sift and flat.

Pros:

in a quite area, one of our favourite accommodations during our holiday and got to experience the japanese home lifestyle with the tatami floor bed. our room was very spacious with all the amenities you could need. easy to get to via bus from Kyoto station (around a 10min ride) and the stop was a few doors down from the hotel. staff were very friendly and super helpful. would happily stay here again and other MIMARU locations

Pros:

We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were and loved the room. Our kids liked being able to check out games from the lobby. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

Cons:

The hotel was a little more expensive than what we would normally choose. I think that was the drawback, but overall I would recommend it.

A great apartment, comfortable for the whole family with exceptional staff to assist.
Pros:

Great sized room, easy walk to the station. Amazing gyoza restaurant and coffee shop around the corner.

Cons:

We wished there was a Passage coffee shop inside the Mimaru, like the Nihombashi Tokyo Mimaru we stayed in!
