Three our of five- mostly OK but could be improved. Location excellent.
Pros:

Liked the size of the room and the tea coffee provided. Liked real glasses for water and the cups for drinking . Bed comfortable. Reasonable shower. Good size of towels.

Cons:

Feather pillows gave me back ache and had to have them changed to foam ones.
Taking £50 up front for snacks that we did not intend to use.
Bed too high. Air conditioning fiddly and intermittent.
Strange doors on the bathroom. Curtain a bit flimsy Creaky floor.

Pros:

Emplacement géographique exceptionnel au coeur de Londres. Tout est à portée de main.
Le personnel est aimable et attentif

Cons:

Chambre plutôt exigüe. La télévision est tmbée en panne le premier jour (mais fut viote réparée à la suite de notre signalement).
Moquette et salle de bain à rafraîchir.
Une prise électrique ne fonctionnait pas.

Great location, lovely staff and comfy beds.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Very clean (even though hotel going through renovations). Beds very comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Water available in the lobby.

Cons:

Twin rooms was a double and what was like a camp bed. They moved us and rooms better (double bed) but one was quite dark as it was an internal room. Was not aware renovations underway but will be great when complete with refreshed decor.

Impractical, not as advertised.
Pros:

Well et recently decorated, including common spaces. View over the little park, quiet.

Cons:

Room 619 is under the roof, so much smaller than advertised. Had to bend to go to bed, so I inevitably ruined my back by hitting the sharp angle of the roof beam on the way… Bathroom is tiny too. Not sure where the 4 stars come from, except the price. Due to traffic, we arrived just in time for our restaurant booking so no time to ask for a more normal room, plus you’d expect such room to be assigned without asking. I wonder if this is due to not booking directly on their website… When I checked if the hotel was fully booked, I was disappointed to see that several rooms were available, and that rates were £40 down at £152…

Excellent stay, very comfortable and great location
Pros:

Location was excellent and although room was small it was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The toiletries provided were great too.
