Super verblijf
Pros:

Het ontbijtbuffet was heel gevarieerd en heel lekker. Het bed was heel comfortabel. De douches waren heel netjes en deden het prima.

Cons:

We waren er op een weekdag en 's avonds was de bar wel wat uitgestorven. Bovendien is de inkleding van de bar niet erg aantrekkelijk.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
Pros:

Les petits déjeuner étaient géniaux avec beaucoup de choix de bonnes qualitées et un service génial même si tout est en libre service. La dame est souriante et avenante. Les femmes qui sont à l'accueil sont très gentilles et aimable.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

Pour une "suite jacuzzi" je m'attendais à beaucoup plus de qualité... PRIX EXCESSIF ...
Pros:

La chambre et le lit étaient confortables. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

La propreté pourrait être améliorée et un petit rafraichissement des lieux comme dans les wc ou le papier peint n'est pas propre et est tâché... Le jacuzzi n'était pas propre, des traces jaunes et des cheveux qui trainent ... et j'ai du attendre plus d'une demie heure avant qu'il ne soit rempli, et les robinets sont terriblement dur à tourner.
Le parking mis à disposition pour les clients étant complet, nous avons dû tourner pas mal pour trouver une place de parking à proximité...

Très bon hôtel, je recommande vivement
Pros:

La chambre était magnifique, j’avais une suite avec cuisine, tout était propre, le lit très confortable, grand, télé connectée. Cuisine avec presque tout ce qu’il fallait, petit déjeuné excellent et diversifié, calories écrit sur les aliments, positif pour moi beaucoup moins pour ma copine.

Cons:

Pas d’éponge pour la vaisselle, c’est peut être bête mais on a dû aller en chercher une en dernière minute. Un minibar dans la chambre aurait été pas mal quitte à payer une caution et qu’on nous rembourse ce qu’on ne prend pas.

La proximité du centre, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le prix non indiqué du petit déjeuner sur booking ou sur le site de l’établissement, on le sait uniquement dès qu’on paie.
Le prix du parking est un peu exagéré, ce n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre, et n’est pas fait pour des longs véhicules.

Verassend mooi en schoon hotel op uitstekende locatie met eigen parkeergelegenheid

Uitstekendontbijt, zeer ruime schone kamer, uiters vriendelijk ontvangst in het nederlands, pakeergelegenheid onder hotel midden in centrum van moeskroen, veel restaurants op loopafstand
