Would stay here again
Pros:

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, walking distance to restaurants and beach

Cons:

A little dated (rust on some surfaces) but that also comes with being at the beach

Just what I needed
Pros:

I went during the off season.

The room was clean and priced really well.

It is older but they did a good job keeping it clean.

Everyone was really nice in friendly.

Parking is free and the bed was comfortable.

It is a little noisy in the hallway but it’s right across the street from the beach and a few restaurants

Nice little hotel on Tybee Island
Pros:

Spent the night at Admirals Inn on our way to Florida. Cecilia was very warm and welcoming and gave us great information about the island. She even was a great help in returning something I left in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but did show some wear. There was no clock/alarm but there were USB hubs for us to plug our phones into. We did not use the amenities but found it was within walking distance to the beach and shopping. Plus you don't have to pay to park! Would definitely stay here if I were coming to Tybee Island in the future.

The pool was great! My bed was so comfortable. Friendliest staff so far on my vacations.

We decided not to stay due to the rat droppings found. I had to eat up the cost of one night stay

I could write a book. But here is the most concerning
* door knobs stuck open in the bathroom (2 rooms)
* Toilet leaking water
* Chairs/sofa damaged (2 rooms)
* Rat excrements on the beds.
Overall lack of maintenance on the property.

was on second floor with no elevator, im on disabliity so going up and down stairs everytime was not fun rooms was fine close to beach and location was great but no elevator

Clean and nicely priced.
Pros:

Everything was clean. The water pressure was amazing! Pool area was nice. Never heard any noise when in the room. Staff was pleasent.

Not worth $320 for one night
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

The staff was ill equipped and somewhat rude, the floors were filthy inside our room, none of the “amenities” in the room really worked the way they should (television, air conditioner, shower). A massive spider was also found in our clothes hours after unpacking.
