Great one night stay, cannot judge much
Pros:

Great room and clean place.
Breakfast was great even though it is 10€.

Cons:

Long time to get hot water, not something I expect for that price.
Self check-in was fine but I still find it weird to call yourself a hotel when there NO-ONE from the staff after 20h.

Pros:

Super tolle Lage, alles relativ entspannt. Täglich würden die Handtücher gewechselt. Sehr sauber.
Direkt an der Promenade, mit super Bar direkt um die Ecke.
Blick direkt aufs Meer mit direkt Zugang zum Meer.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück überschaubar was sicher an der Nebensaisson lag. Kaffee war leider eher Wasser Personal semi freundlich außer die Dame an der Rezeption die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war.
Parkplatz ist sportlich mit größerem Auto wenn man aus Richtung Split kommt, aber machbar.

Pleasant and quiet stay in April
Pros:

Easter holidays were super quiet. Just be aware if you arrive here on Easter Sunday or Monday, most places like stores and pharmacies will be closed, so stock up. I believe for 90% of our stay, we were like the only ones staying here. Stay here during Easter if you want a quiet holiday with a sea view. It is walking distance from the beach. The balcony, overlooking the sea, has lovely sunset views. Breakfast everyday even during the holidays was just enough for us, served by the very friendly staff. The staff were lovely and accommodating of our needs. We really enjoyed the lovely walks by the sea, along with a few residents and tourists. You can expect pleasant long walks around the area any time, day or night.

Cons:

The only downsides are (1) though there is a pool, it's a bit too cold for those days in April. Most of the time it was being drained or maintained. (2) The wc structure is odd. It's not the most comfortable arrangement between getting to the shower. (3) The room is not entirely dark when you turn off the lights. There's a hint of a green light emitting from the thermostat. That doesn't entirely hit your eyes though but if you struggle with sleeping with some lights on, this might be an issue.
It would be nice if there was a drying rack at the balcony since there's so much space there.
There is a restaurant in front of the beach but that is not open yet maybe due to seasonality.

Rommet var rent, beliggenheten var bra.

Cons:

Rommet er for lite, for lite basseng, dårlige fasiliteter som utstyr på rommet, altfor lite kjøleskap. Bordet på balkongen skulle vært større.

Härligt läge
Pros:

Hotellet ligger nära stranden och har egen pool. Rummen är moderna och fräscha. Runt om hotellet finns flera restauranger och barer samt en super market. Cirka 30-40 minuter från split flygplats, och cirka 15-30 minuter till split.

Cons:

Frukosten var ganska enkel och rummen var ganska lyhörda. Ibland trångt vid poolen på grund av få solstolar. Dyrt att hyra solstolar på stranden.

Pros:

We were surprised to find a sink in the room as that did didn’t show on the photos when we were booking the hotel. Besides all was great - amazing location, clean rooms, staff very helpful.

Cons:

We would like to know the sink is in the room rather than the bathroom.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the bus stop is right by it which can bring you straight into split centre. The beach is right infront of the property which is beautiful and there’s plenty of restaurants along it. I loved the size of the hotel how it wasn’t massive but quaint and modern, staff were lovely and very accommodating!

Pros:

Staff was great, view was great.

Cons:

Shower was broken and the handheld shower head part was super moldy and the shower head above was covered in lime not allowing the water to properly exit. It was incredibly loud in the mornings and my final morning they were doing construction at 8AM. Couple switches did not work nor the mirror light nor the vent causing the bathroom to get super humid as well as pretty dark in there.

Zimmer viel zu klein! Kein Platz für Koffer abstellen, kein Platz für Handtücher trocknen
Frühstück ab 9 Uhr bei einer bestimmten Dame (blonde Haare) nicht gut, da nichts mehr vorhanden.. kein Brot, keine Eier..
