Pros:

Location and the facilities are great for the money 💰. Great customer service 👍

Cons:

I loved pretty much everything. Very private, no noise high ceiling and just a great comfy spot 👌

Outstanding Staff = Great Stay
Pros:

One King West was a great stay, the hotel is gorgeous and the location is great (especially for a hockey fan!) All of the staff were so kind and helpful, but none more so than Nazmul who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect ♥️

Good location, clean quiet room with very comfortable bed.
Pros:

The bed was extemely comfortable. The layout had good separation between the TV and workspace. There was a lot of natual light.

Cons:

The kitchenette could have included a dish cloth and soap. There is a dishwasher but for the few dishes we used it would have been a waste to use it. We ate at Tellers and although the food was good the location was not desireable. There was a private event in the upper restaurant so we were served at the lower tables. The party above was loud and the lower level is in the middle of mainstream traffic. I would not dine at Tellers again.

Excellent downtown location, close to restaurants, the TTC and the PATH.

Cons:

You could hear other hotel patrons talking in the hallway (on the historical side) while my room door was closed.
