Everything about this was really good. Location, view, price and cleanliness. It is really a great option in downtown Wellington,

Good place to stay to explore Wellington
Pros:

Good location for walking to nearby bars and restaurants. CBD just 10 min walk down the road.
Comfortable beds... good shower.

Cons:

View of derelict building from our window.

Beware.
Pros:

Close to restaurants and walking distance to attractions around town including Te Papa. The front desk is not manned all the time

Cons:

There was no daily room service, so no clean towels etc so you are on your own. It is not a Hotel. No movies or TV programmes unless you have your own logins for streaming apps. None of this is obvious when reading what is offered in the price of a room.

Pros:

Es war alles super. Sogar Waschmaschine mit Trockner und Waschmittel war inclusive. Zimmer war groß und gut. Nichts zu beanstanden. Cooler Eingangsbereich.

No great - room stunk of fish - would not stay here again

Cons:

The last person had cooked fish in the room it stunk. It was so unpleasant - also I could hear the people next door who were a young couple - would not stay here again.
