Pros:

Friendly and accommodating very good front desk staff, room was lovely light and clean and a nice size even needed will definitely stay again also great place where it is easy to get anywhere very happy

Shower rose leaked and had duct tape on, hose metal surround broken but .. great water flow and temp.
TV was not plugged into any power point.
Room door is directly opposite the lift door.
Cleaning trollies and bags of laundry left near lift ie the door of room .. for half the day
Otherwise functions well .. Staff were helpful .. e-room cards and late access all work. Entry systems all work well. Property just a bit tired.
Wellington accommodation seems expensive to this Sydney based couple .. we were expecting a higher standard for AU$215. per night. Just sayen

My stay was excellent as it was within walking distance to all of the places I wanted to visit.
Pros:

The location was very close to the CBD, meaning I could walk a short distance to most of the places I wanted to go. The room was spacious, the bathroom was super clean, and the kitchen was adequate. The bed was comfortable, big and clean with very comfy pillows.

Cons:

I was surprised to find the towels weren't changed daily (which was the case for previous hotels I've been to). I found the washing machine a little confusing especially when using the dryer function.

Great location and nice staff
Pros:

Good central location, friendly staff. Nice to have a washer/ dryer. Had everything we needed.

Great accommodations very centrally located - easy walking distance to Central city attractions
Pros:

Great location in easy walking distance to all major attractions - the Botanic Garden, Parliament, museums & restaurants. Very comfortable . Best part was washing machine in the room

Cons:

it wouldhave been nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed. Hot water was variable.

Pros:

Rooms are clean, comfortable and of a good size. Well appointed kitchenettes make preparing simple meals straight forward. Hotel is well located for Cuba Street nightlife without being so close as to be noisy.

Cons:

Attended reception closes at a very early 7:00pm - too early if arriving into town on some of the standard ferry crossings. First entry after 7:00pm requires calling a freephone number - a process that wasn't all that clear. Views from the room were largely of concrete walls!
