The staff were lovely and the shower was fantastic.

Great location, great room but soft bed and no aircon.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Very close to drop off point for Airport Express bus and all city access. Good size room with everything you need included washer/dryer.

Cons:

Bed was very soft and no air conditioning. We didn’t sleep too well accordingly. It was relatively warm in Wellington during our stay and it was too noisy to leave the window open. Fan supplied helped but not the same as aircon.

Decent size apartment.

Cons:

I regret to inform you that the room was not equipped with air conditioning. While I did not bring this to the attention of the staff, I anticipated their response would be to refer to the room description. It is generally understood that air conditioning is a standard amenity in accommodations today, even in more budget-friendly establishments, which led me to not specifically check for its inclusion. Consequently, I was rather disappointed by its absence and will not be choosing Astelia for future stays.

Supportive staff
Pros:

We were upgraded to the Boulcott Suites after an issue was identified with our room. Both are close to each other and right in the central city

Cons:

Boulcott Suites is on a road intersection and there was traffic noise during the night. The pillows were very hard

Pros:

Great location friendly staff and they accomodated me when I needed something. It was really kind of them. Mattresses are very comfy and room clean. Nice kitchenette too!

Cons:

A bit warm. No AC. Shower door leaks a little. Nothing major. Really a great option to stay.

Perfect location & staff were fabulous!

Pros:

Fantastic location. Under cover car parking across the road and additional price reasonable. Washing machine and kitchen facilities an added bonus.

Cons:

On arrival, where do we park our car while we check in? Had to briefly park in a car park we probably shouldn't have.

Pros:

Room was spacious with everything I needed, including a selection of tea and coffee. Location was great for my purposes.

Pros:

The room was clean, it was a nice studio. I could leave my bags at reception while I wait to check in.

Cons:

I requested an early check in time via Booking.com and received an email update that I could come in early. Not true, I had to wait.
