All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

all very comfortable. Staff super-friendly and helpful

Cons:

my only criticism was that I booked a sports massage that wasn't that. It was a lovely massage and well done by the masseuse - but it was a soothing aromatherapy massage and NOT a sports massage, which I specifically needed after the half marathon. perhaps more clarity needed either at booking or at description of services available at the spa.

A hotel that understands hospitality
Pros:

Very well run. Excellent staff attitudes throughout.Comfortable relaxed luxury without glitz or ostentation.
Outstanding breakfast. Excellent indoor/outdoor pools welcome at the end of the day.

Cons:

Location between Lisbon centre and Belem requires transport to either - however tram is nearby and Ubers are cheap and plentiful (5e ride to either)

Pros:

Die tolle Atmosphäre, das wunderschöne historische Hauptgebäude, das sehr freundliche Personal, schöner Garten - ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel.

Cons:

Bedden in de kamer waren zeer hard. Stoelen zakten door.
Qua eten is er de mogelijkheid om in de bar te zitten of in het restaurant. Wij kozen voor de bar aangezien alles verder leeg was en er geen gezelligheid was. De stoelen zakten door. Je voelde letterlijk de springveren. Het eten was redelijk qua kwaliteit maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was ver te zoeken. Voor een vijf sterren hotel moet dit toch niet kunnen.

unique experience
Pros:

Staying at this hotel is a unique experience. The common areas are stunning and truly make you feel like you are in a palace. Breakfast is excellent, the service is very good, and the garden is absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

The gym could benefit from renovation, and the rooms are starting to show some signs of wear.
