Everything ia good: location & convenienve to everywhere, room are well maintain & amenities, breakfast is simple but adequate to start the day, staff are friendly, efficient earnest, helpful & accomodating. We stayed at other local hotels in Sapporo but we rank JR INN to be most customer-oriented.

Cons:

None. For some guests, there may be concern with the INN situated next to the railway tracks at Sapporo Station; but we hardly hear any noise nor felt any vibrations from the trains

A basic hotel. Perfectly decent place to stay but don’t expect any frills.
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable. Efficiently run. Good value - clean and well kept in an excellent location. Choice of pillows and plentiful amenities a nice touch.

Cons:

Rooms are small and somewhat cramped. Breakfast is very basic and highly processed.
