Pra brasileiros não recomendo devido a pessoa que faz o checkin só falar inglês , mas para quem entende a língua , os quartos são ótimos e café da manhã legal .

Rien car la location payée et prévue n’était pas celle qui nous a été proposée. 1 chambre en moins, pas de chauffage, un frigo qui sentait le poisson, pas d’eau chaude, un pauvre canapé en guise de lit pour notre fille.

Obligé de louer un autre logement en urgence avec notre fille malade, la nuit m’a donc coûté 280€ au lieu de 145€!
Host was very accommodating, e.g., when we showed up late for breakfast the first morning. Courtyard was more than pleasant. Although the neighborhood itself was quiet, there were a variety of nice restaurants with outdoor seating right in front of the hotel/pension. Heating/cooling/wi-fi were not an issue, even though the building itself was somewhat historical. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were just a short distance from one of the main bus routes that circulates between downtown and the main castle area (although getting back to your starting point means traveling the entire route because the bus only travels in one direction).
For people like us who enjoy walking, it was perfect. Otherwise, you might end up spending a small bit of extra money on transportation to enjoy downtown Sintra (although staying downtown itself is probably more expensive, if not noisier).

Comfort rooms and shower, convenient location
Housekeeper is real pain and disaster for this property. Checkin was long and painful. We paid for breakfest and get nothing.
It was very Nice and cozy
Decoração muito bonita, cómodo, temperatura ambiente óptima tendo em conta as baixas temperaturas de Dezembro no exterior. Casa pronta para podermos passar aqui uns dias com os essenciais.

The location
The room were extremely cold, as we are family with kids it was not an acceptable situation.there were continous electricity blackouts and there was only a room keeper who was coming after a while. The breakfast is served after 9 am , whch again was not acceptable for us
La decoración, un apartamento con encanto
Se queda pequeño el de 2 "habitaciones" , el espacio queda muy limitado como apartamento, si es sólo para dormir bien.
Se fue la luz 3 o 4 veces (saltan los plomos con mucha facilidad), el desayuno está bien, pero los horarios/organización un poco desastre.
Ubicación, decoración, detalles, naturaleza, limpieza, comodidad, atención.
Solo saber inglés y portugués, pero esto es culpa mía solo hablar español.
No nos pudimos quedar ,no apareció nadie . Nos tuvimos q ir a otro hotel

Muy bien todo excelente ubicación el dueño y el personal muy buenos todo limpio y buen desayuno lo recomiendo totalmente
