Cons:

On nous propose en aller au -1 pour remplir sa carafe, il pourrait y avoir une fontaine à chaque étage.
Le café est très lent et vite dépassé par les commandes.

A beautiful, well equiped modern hotel!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, a nice quiet neighbourhood - a peaceful retreat from the business of Asakusa!
This is a beautiful hotel!! The room was lovely, modern and a great size. The hotel was beautiful, we loved the art installations. We explored the local area and ate dinner at Sunaba - a must visit whilst you are staying!

The best hotel experience in Japan!
Pros:

Location - quiet, I didn’t hear any noise at all and therefore had the best sleep ever (considering jetlag). Once we woke up at 12 noon as it was sooo peaceful.
Amenities - it got everything I needed (humidifier/ air purifier, fridge, toiletries, flip flop, pyjamas, etc.). The toiletries smell nice and expensive.
Room size - they are massive in comparison to other hotels I have been to in Japan
Toilet and bath - they have separate bath, shower and toilet. Really the best I have had
Staff- the friendliest and most helpful staff I encountered in Japan hotels
Proximity to attractions - very close to Asakusa, Ueno and Akihabara.

Cons:

Nothing really. People mentioned the 13 minute walk from Ginza line but there’s another station within less than 10 minutes. I didn’t mind the walk.

Pros:

숙소가 예쁘고 일봄호텔치고 화장실이 넓고 방 천장이 높아서 답답하지 않았어요.

Cons:

정해진 시간에 문에 청소요청 붙여두지 않으면 청소 서비스를 받을 수 없어서 불편해요.

My new favorite area of Tokyo to stay.
Pros:

Great quiet neighborhood. Safe walkable streets. Close to metro and river which was incredible to cross especially at night.

Pros:

和室で赤ちゃん連れでも居やすかった。
洗濯機があったこと。
お風呂が広かった。
脱衣所が広かった。
エレベーターが広い。
ガラス瓶を割ってしまった時、とても綺麗に掃除してくれてとても、助かりました。ありがとうございました。
