Para nosotros, más que un diez!
Pros:

No puedo nombrar una sola cosa. Ubicación perfecta. El hotel en sí, las instalaciones de diez. El personal otro diez. La comida una calidad increíble. Nos encantó

Cons:

Lo único a lo que le pondría un pero, y no es culpa del hotel, es el tema obras justo delante que están como paradas y la verdad que la vista se afea un poco. Y la falta de aparcamiento que no sea en un parking de pago, pero tampoco es culpa del hotel, es que esa zona de la ciudad es así....

El mejor hotel de la capital con diferencia!
Pros:

Recepción ! Muy top , amables para el check in , para el check out les pedí una hora más no me pusieron problemas ! La verdad que todo bien , limpieza de 10 todo correcto ! Siempre elijo el mismo hotel por el servicio !

Great experience in Livvo Lumm
Pros:

We had wonderfull time in a hotel Livvo Lumm. Everything was perfect, great breakfast, great roof top bar, perfect location and open space room with a great view. If I ever come back to Gran Canaria this hotel will be my first choice

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung, da wir die meiste Zeit sowieso unterwegs waren. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan – praktisch im selben Gebäude, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kosten betragen 18 € pro Tag, wenn man die Parkkarte im Hotel abstempeln lässt.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel sauber. Die Lage ist besonders praktisch für Reisende, die weiter vom Hafen aus unterwegs sind – mit dem Taxi sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten Fahrt und ca. 5 €.

Cons:

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich die Lage allerdings eher nicht empfehlen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es Baustellen und teilweise etwas unangenehme bzw. merkwürdige Personen in der Gegend, besonders in der Nähe des kleinen Marktes in der Straße. Dadurch fühlt man sich abends manchmal etwas unsicher. Deshalb gibt es von mir dafür einen kleinen Minuspunkt.
