Great Location, beautiful room in the heart of Las Letras
No iron in the room. When we asked for one they brought a very basic one and a very tiny ironing table. Would expect better from a 4* hotel

Bar service could be better. No-one at bar, waited 10mins to get a drink with some members of staff walking in and out but no acknowledgement or service - went elsewhere!
Het is een prachtig hotel midden in de stad op loopafstand van de grote musea. Het is niet goedkoop en duurder dan we normaal boeken maar de prijs echt meer dan waard voor een cultureel verblijf in Madrid. Het is goed te bereiken met de auto en het heeft een parkeergarage voor de auto, wel tegen forse meerkosten. We hadden het er voor over omdat alles klopte aan dit hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige inrichting, lekkere bedden, uitzicht op de straat. Het is rustig s’nachts en je hoort niets van het straatgeluid door de dubbele ramen en luiken. Perfect werkende airco. Fijne douche. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet tegen meerprijs van 19 euro. Is goedkoper als je bij aankomst gelijk ontbijt voor het hele verblijf boekt.
Ik kan niets bedenken.

The first room we were given was do tiny, we were upset. It was a corner room. Not likecwhat booking .com were offering.
But we asked to change and they did, which was lovely
