Christmas in paradise
Pros:

Location was amazing. We had beautiful views. Kathy was so awesome. She went above and beyond in helping me print out a certificate for a Christmas gift. Celebrating Jesus while in paradise was a wonderful combo!

The way the staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and they watched my motorcycle very closely and I appreciate that

Its an older property its nice I like it but older property needs work thats all. Its a lovely place. Just an old building i hope it says in business 100 years or more

When I arrived I had to put down a deposit even though that was not stated in the booking description. It was $100 before they would let us get the key. They told me it would take 24 hours after we checked out to go back on my card. It’s been days I still haven’t received my money back. I called my bank and they said they haven’t released it when I called the hotel back they told me it could take 2-3 weeks. I also have a two year old and the balconies do NOT Lock. I had to complain when we arrived and they brought a stick to put in the door. They also do NOT provide blankets (we had to cover up with sheets ) and only two towels . We had 4 people all together and only two towels so we used our beach towels. Also the bathtub did not work only shower. So I would not consider this kid friendly. Lastly when we got there we found clothes and toys from the last guest so I assume they don’t clean very well. Also the pool is discolored. We stayed in room 202

4 minutes walking to the beach and beautiful sunset on the bay side

Cons:

The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have been on. There was no blankets available just sheets. Bathroom was filthy. The kitchen cabinet had roaches in them
