Did not meet expectations!

Place was okay.

Cons:

Did not tell us beforehand that the pool and hot tub was under construction and they placed us directly in view of it all. Looked awful and our littlest were highly disappointed putting us all in a damper on our vacation. Paid too much for that kind of disapointment! Place was a bit falling apart.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this great location.
Pros:

We liked the location and the price. The staff were very responsive when we had a housekeeping issue. They handled it immediately.

Cons:

Second bedroom was extremely small. Also, the pool was under construction but that info was not included at the time of booking.

I liked that it had separate rooms, liked that it had dock for my boys to fish

The pool could of been open but it is getting repairs done, but we enjoyed the hot tub.

Beautiful View of the Marsh! Wonderful Staff!
Pros:

I always enjoy staying at the Sea Watch Inn at the Landing! The views of the marsh are breathtaking! The staff are so wonderful and the rooms are always clean when I arrive! It is my favorite spot to stay in Garden City!

Cons:

This particular stay there were families above and below me that were SUPER loud. The family above me sounded like they were running back and forth and jumping up and down on the floor for most of the night. The family below me had someone vaping on the balcony when it is stated in the property rules that vaping and smoking are not allowed. This family would also come outside on the balcony yelling obscenities at one another. The smell from the vape was so strong that I could not sit outside and enjoy the view, and the screaming/ profanity was not pleasant either. I love coming to this property for the beautiful views, unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy them this time.
