Amazing, peaceful, clean.
Pros:

The location was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Perfect to visit the state parks, gardens, boardwalk, broadway at the beach etc. The condo was big enough for my family of 5. Everything you need to cook is there. There were blankets and towels provided. Bonus that there's a washer and dryer int he bathroom. Plenty of parking. They offer a free pass to the state parks if you ask, you check out the pass in the morning. Carol was super friendly. There were tv's in living room and larger bedroom, not the smaller bedroom- but that was fine since we only truly slept here and was gone during the day. It was really quiet and peaceful. 10/10.

Everything was great! We will def be back! I will tell all of my friend about this gem.

Cute, affordable!
Pros:

Location, location, location! Perfect for what we needed. A weekend get away, will definitely be back!

Cons:

The room was a little outdated and some surfaces looked as it hadn't been wiped down (it's ok though we always bring clorox wipes) and there were some stains on the bed skirts.

Pros:

LOCATION WAS GREAT AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. We were able to use the State Park pass provided at the front desk which we used to spend a day at a nearby park we actually planning to visit. Restaurants and beach were walking distance.

Cons:

We were told pool is unavailable during our visit which was fine BUT the picture showed a pool that looked ok so myst be a leak or poor water condition. When we arrived we had a beautiful pool that appeared to have been bombed by a drone. Decks were roped off abd one portion not roped off looked as bad. Also one bedroom was the size of a closet and the bed in that room filled tge room. I could lay on my back with both arms extended touch each walls. Bed in that room was like two box springs rather than a mattress.

Great time with family with a few minor issues
Pros:

Location is great! Walking distance to the pier at garden city .Love the fishing dock and was very accommodating when we arrived a few days early and booked a different room we were able to transfer to the original we booked easily. Really missed having Kathy at the front desk .

Cons:

Rooms only come with one parking pass generally couples even though part of the same family travel to destination separately. Lady at the front desk didn't have much personality definitely didn't seem to enjoy her job. Also the cleaning crew was beating on the door way before 10am asking when we were checking out definitely didn't enjoy being rushed 2 hours before check out!

We would come again hopefully the pool is open back up, and all repairs are made to the dock

It was really disappointing that the pool was not open and that the dock was only half open.
