Enjoyable and we shall be back when the weather is a little warmer
Pros:

Room excellent.
Didn't eat in Hotel menu , not to our liking and my wife is allergic to Garlic
Didn't use spa

Cons:

in main seating area of Hotel it was a little on the cold side .Even the Bar lounger area was cool

The stay was fine but the not paying me back side is very poor service and has now put myself off ever coming back.
Cons:

They took money out of my account for breakfasts we did not have and now are messing us about refunding it. Not a happy customer

Pros:

Stayed at the Crown before several times staff very pleasant ,room was ok unfortunatly let badly down by what i didnt like

Cons:

Tried to ring several times Friday and on Sat day of arrival phone not ansured . Only one lift working was on floor 5 so walking up with lugage not really ideal ,big wait for lift . Room very very hot one window opened about 150 mm catch hanging off with one screw . Taps in bathroom worn out sink did not drain very well . Booked dinner on arrival for 8pm went to resturant at 8pm no knowledge of booking but managed to get in ,had to fetch the drinks myslf !
Breakfast shocking orange juice awfull bacon raw sausage awfull fried eggs all burnt around edges certainly wont have breakfast again should we return. Hotel is in lovely postion but clearly needs a bit of sorting out by management wouldnt rate it 4star at all

Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling dovay didn't fit the bed and had holes and was over priced for the room thought I had paid for a luxury room but it was far from luxury the hotel itself looks tieredand needs a revamp
