The cleanliness. Previous occupants dirty underwear left in the draw, ketchup over the walls, empty water bottles under the bed, dirty drains outside meaning you couldn’t open the window due to the smell, hot water out of the cold taps and even the toilet filling with hot water! Bed on a slop meaning you literally roll to one side. Spa is filthy too. Place is a dump. Offered full refund but not honoured. Avoid. Lovely hotel next door. Stay there.

Dust on most services. Seagulls infestation everywhere we left a day early due to poor sleep, won't be visiting again

Walk in shower would've been nice
The room was quite big and reasonably comfortable.
We paid for the car park knowing we would have difficulty parking. However getting to the car was difficult for elderly, disabled people as there were some very awkward steps even when there was access to the lift. The breakfast was very basic considering the price. Several rooms on our floor could not get cold water which we all reported but nothing was done.

nice location on Eplanade
Room was baking hot with no air con, small fan moved the hot air around the room. To compound this the shower mixer tap was broken, locked at scalding hot water, which is not what you need in a heatwave. Complained, was told there was no maintenance people available at the weekend, and no other rooms available to move to. Reception person suggested we use the showers at the pool ! Wrote to the manager 3 days ago but not had the courtesy of a response.

Queueing at check in for over 30 mins as only one member of staff. Bar were out of stock of a few drinks and staff not particularly professional!
