Disappointing!
Pros:

The spa facilities were lovely!
Changing rooms were tired and needed a revamp and decorating.

Cons:

Our hotel room was the standard double with seaview.The room was dirty!Coffee stains on the carpet and dirty marks on the wall.
I asked to move and they did move us straight away.
