Good location for seeing an act at the spa. We had a sea view and parking was cheap. The staff were all friendly.
The carpets were filthy and thin, the furniture dated, mattress was lumpy, no drinking water in the room, the shower didn't work properly, the room wasn't very clean. The breakfast was very basic and cheap. Had lunch and the salad was past its best. It was all around pretty disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The spa didn't have robes or slippers for hire, no beds to relax on so it was a quick visit down there, the Jacuzzi was so strong with chlorine that my eye was burning so I couldn't stay in. All a bit poor really.

The hotel is very expensive £7 for 2 cokes a facial is £75 and they had no bookings left for the spa at all and the last entry for the pool and jacuzzi was 5pm no robes in your room and my hotel room smelt like horses of all things

The staff on reception were really friendly and polite. The lunch was lovely at lunch time. The room was beautifully done and the bathroom was gorgeous.
The room was far too hot. It was freezing outside, we had the fan on and both windows open and it was boiling! The shower ran out of hot water at 6pm. I got a shower but my husband could not. In the morning about 3am we tried to get a drink of cold water and the cold water was running very hot and would not cool down. We ordered a sandwich at 9.30pm and it took 90 minutes to come out to us. We paid the same amount as the lunch time and it wasn't the same as lunch. The spa needs updating. There are lots of tiles missing in the pool and spa pool. It smells strange too. Just needs some tlc. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful! Not a 4 star breakfast at all. This has to be the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.
Came with friends last weekend and came back this weekend with my daughter , I will definitely be a regular super friendly and helpful staff, great room, great price, lovely food and atmosphere too

Was a 5/10 minute walk to restaurants and bars
Bed was uncomfy and the Room was way to hot even with all the windows open turning the radiator to 0 and putting the fan supplied on we got very little sleep.
The Room fan on the ceiling when it was turned on full sounded like it was going to take off needless to say we came home shattered.
