Good and clean room. Nice swimming pool and gym.
The WiFi is slow to connect.
Room is super spacious and quiet. The corridor is so well sound-proofed to ensure guests are not disturbed by running and noisy kids. The air-con is great as well, with temperature adjustment that actually works - some 5-star hotels have faulty thermostats! Location is excellent, a short walk to the mega mall.
I wish there are USB-C sockets in the wall plug, including with 100W power to charge laptops. The service staff at the entrance doesn't greet me at all when I walk past them.

Liked the location, perfect for MRT and shopping.
Pool was good.
Buffet breakfast spread over too big an area. The step between areas was treacherous. Being an older lady with deteriorating eyesight, I missed the step and fell flat on my face.
I was late checking in and the evening staff were most disinterested and inattentive. Checked my son and me into one room when I had booked two.
Worried about our return stay in July August when I am bringing my whole family.
