整体都可以，环境 地铁就在楼下，结果好安静，
位置走5分钟就是地铁站，走10分钟就是 one utama 购物广场，吃喝买东西，出差都很方便。one world hotel 就在隔壁，参与商务活动也很适合，提供一个停车位。

It is facing the sea, the location is good, very near to the Gurney Drive and also to Batu Ferringhi. The room is clean especially the bathroom as I am a bit OCD, I feel very comfortable to the bathroom, and the breakfast serving is variety of choice yet delicious

The spaciousness that I have in the room. The auto on welcome screen message and lovely music. The first round mini bar for free. The quietness.
During my check out, 2 out of 3 staff members were serving customers. The 3rd one was headed down and obviously working on something so I did not approach him and just stood in front of the counter waiting either his eye contact or other staff who will be free to serve. When this 3rd staff looked up from what he was doing, his body and hands gesture was like "what you standing there for, why aren't you come to me". I didn't go to him coz I didn't want to disturb what's he was doing. I'm not stupid just to stand there. I am not a person to complain but his gesture was too obvious and that made me feel dumb by"still standing there". Lastly, parking. When I asked I was only told I could use my room card to enter and then be verified at the counter. When I check out, I was told to have to come back up and return the card at the counter. Furthermore, from car park driving back up there was no direction and we had to go around and went back to the hotel. When we were returning the card and questioned why such a hassle, we were only told that we could use bank card to enter and exit car park. But how does this verify we are in house guests and not be charged? We thought the hotel should either give us a temporarily parking card to exist or a drop off box.
Everthing is good but their customer service is ridiculous
It is ridiculous that I request an invoice from the hotel, but can’t get any feedback from hotel, already 5 days. Their customer service so bad.
i thought it just a 3-4 star hotel but 5 star, hence worth money really comforting and accommodating especially for those who travel for work but want to spend time with family in limited period

Feels updated since the name change of hotel. Was able to check-in 1 hr earlier than official check-in time. Spacious room with H2O bottles provided daily. Clean rooms and accurate air-con temps. Breakfast spread is superb, with international mix of dishes, cold dishes, salad, pastry, juices, yoghurt and coffee machines. Ample seating space. Easy walking access to malls and MRT stations. Seamless travel.

we did not take breakfast. actually we book executive room, expecting to include breakfast but not. so its okay

No I expected as I used to stay a year ago ,swimming pool towels no as clean as before and lockers no keys at all,breakfast no I expected good as before,too much towards indian menus ,chicken sausages no as moist and soft as before , bacon's simply just heated up,to rush for the morning section, pastry A plus ++coffee + tea ++
