Very good for money. It is alittle tired but clean. Amazing pool and gym. Located right next to a good buzzing mall and a metro station with a connecting bridge . Breakfast is better than many 5 star

My secretary through a misunderstandind with Booking.com paid for the room twice. I approached a staff member to leave the additional payment as a credit which he refused to do and said we had to apply for a credit from Booking.com. It would have been easier to leave a credit with your hotel which would gaurantee we would stay there again. Next time we would probably book with a hotel that would be more accomodating. We have to waste time dealing with Booking.com and it would have been more advantageous for your hotel and myself just to leave the credit with you.It's a shame someone at the hotel doesn't have the brains to think outside the box. I was very dissapointed.

All everything including staff, breakfast has huge options walking distance to utama mall metro station facilities all ok.
However, I would like to mention one small incident. One day, I was sitting in the lobby area for just a few minutes while waiting for my friend. After a couple of minutes, a staff member came and politely asked if I wanted something to eat or drink. I said no, and she then informed me that the area was only for coffee shop customers and that I could not sit there.
I felt a little embarrassed because I had checked the area and there was no sign or notice indicating that the seating was reserved only for coffee shop customers. Also, there were no other customers in that area at the time. I immediately left and sat in another area. A few minutes later, my friend arrived and picked me up.
Apart from this incident, everything else during my stay was good, and I was satisfied with the hotel and its facilities.
Location was ok.
Expensive, lift and car park not practical. Staff not helpful. Bfast vibe was not nice.
