Pros:

Great Hotel. Excellent location. Awesome room. The most spacious superior double room we have ever stayed in. Attentive coffee lounge staff. Appreciated the extra coffee and tea at no extra charge. Overall friendliness , warmth and hospitality of staff was top notch.

Cons:

Communication skills at reception need improvement. Could barely hear let alone understand what the reception staff was saying when we checked in.

Pros:

location is the main point that i choose this hotel. Easier for me to travel by MRT.

Cons:

Went for breakfast quite early.. steamed sweet potato that I had seems to need more times to cook. it was raw.
Pillow & Bed was too soft for me. some Pillow quality may be need to improve?
