Nice location
Unfriendly staff, i especially don’t like the impersonal check in. The bed wasn’t comfortable and we also had a room that was sub standard and not at all what the photos suggest. I would avoid and we won’t be returning
Comfy and clean room
Had to pay for the spa which was not advertised. Spa quality very rundown,
Beautiful setting, pleasant and helpful staff. Clean hotel and bed very comfortable. Dinner was excellent. Great value for money.
Breakfast a little disappointing.
The actual property was lovely and the surrounding.
How unhelpful they were as I needed to change dates and they declined my offer.
Nice location
Expectation to pay extra for swim on both the evening and the morning. This would be an additional £24 for 2 short swims. Reception sorted it out for me, which was excellent customer service.
Presently surprised we wasn't expecting the size of the room we booked lirtely 45 minutes before we arrived
Better signage for the exit went down the wrong side ended up in a farmer's yard
Nada
Me mintieron diciendo que no había calefacción en el Hall y me cambiaban al otro hotel pero que la categoría de la habitación sería la misma. El Hall está en realidad cerrado pk lo están restaurando y me dieron una habitación inferior a lo ke pague
slow service at dinner
The shop at Walton Hall Hotel & Spa by Sunday sold diapers, wipes, and medicine. Lifesaver when we ran out of essentials without having to leave property with tired kids.
They banned us for no reason
This was a treat for my 30th birthday and what a treat it was. The staff were lovely, rooms were modern, warm and comfy and the spa facilities were perfect. Also had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and both were lovely.
Nothing, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The experince wasnt the greatest i have experinced.
We was misold the building we was staying in.
Room and building are more like a travel lodge.
Breakfast was lovely..
However evening meal was disgusting i cut my burger it was cold and pink inside.
