Fantastic!
Pros:

This was our second time staying there as we loved it the first time. The location and room were great. Close proximity to everything we needed. The draft were absolutely amazing!

A great location by the seaside.
Pros:

Un superbe emplacement en bord de mer. La chambre est de taille raisonnable et propre. De belles promenades en bord de mer et jusqu'à American village. Un grand supermarché est aussi à côté.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. On nous donne deux mini viennoiseries. Autant sortir prendre un café.

Comfortable, simple and good value for money. Nice views cross the sea.

Clean, simple and comfortable bed. Good washing facilities. Nice views across the sea.

Cons:

About a 20 min walk from the centre and the floor was tatty, sticky and not very aesthetically pleasing. It was like old kitchen lino. Same with the sofa and chair - horrible plasticky feel.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The location was fabulous. We had everything we needed in our room including cooking facilities and washing /drying for clothes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable

Loved the view and convenience
Pros:

Me and my husband loved our stay here, the room was a great size for a Japanese room, the view was lovely and in easy walking distance to American village

Cons:

I'd have loved to have a bath and not just showers but that is out of the control of the building. I would definitely come back again.

Hermosa estadía
Pros:

Vista al mar directo a 15 minutos de American Village caminando y 5 minutos de la playa más cercana, súper equipado cosina, microhondas heladera, cafetera, lavarropas y secaropas ambo en la habitación! Balcón con sillitas para sentarse, con vista a la playa y a la Villa. Hermoso. Y el personal super atentos. El desayuno que sirven mejor de lo esperado para ser de cortesía, dan mantas y bolso de playa, lo que suma mil!

It was overall a decent stay
Pros:

Location is good, everything you need is close (beach, entertainment, shopping, etc.)
Staff very kind and helpful.

Cons:

There was some mold and stains on the walls, the AC unit in the balcony giving hot air which made it uncomfortable to actually sit in the balcony.

Tolle Aussicht und Lage
Pros:

Einfache Einrichtung aber gepflegt. Super Aussicht und ruhige Lage. Einkaufen 50m. Sehr bequemes Bett. Zum amerikanischen Viertel 20min zu Fuss.

Cons:

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles funktionierte. Reinigung nur auf verlangen.
