Pros:

comfortable stay for staycation. bilik tak luas tak sempit, okay untuk 4-5 orang. bersih, ada heater and well functioned, barang semua cukup. staff ada yang tak local so kena speaking kalau nak minta tolong atau tanya hahaha tapi they understood well enough to help. Oh ada water dispenser juga so no need to buy water bottle to stay hydrated. overall is good choice for staycation 2 nights.

Series stay kat sini memg best. Bilik die clean masuk je terus rasaa nk duduk dalam bilik je taknak keluar dahh. Staff pon semua okay gilaa senang nak deal tak pening kepala yaa memgg the best ahhh👍🏻👍🏻

The bed in the room that I stayed in was comfortable and it was adequately cooled with single unit AC. The counter staff who checked me in [named unknown] on July 21, 2026 @ 2.30pm was friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay with great hospitality, especially from Mahidul — highly recommended!

The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The room was cozy and well maintained. Special thanks to receptionist Mahidul for his excellent hospitality and friendly behavior. He was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. There was nothing major to dislike, but improving a few small facilities would make the experience even better.

Really enjoyed my stay at SS15 Swing & Pillows. The location is super convenient for me, very near my working/training area, and easy to find food around SS15. The room was clean and comfortable too. Recommended, and will definitely stay again next time!
