My Stay Review
Pros:

The stay was good as it was comfortable. The room was not big as it indicated in the website booked. The room was clean n neat.

Cons:

The water heater was not adjustable. Was having difficulty in it. The TV was not functioning.. There was no air-cond control in the room. Normally there should be 2 small mineral water bottle in the room which was not provided. The tag "DO NOT DISTURB" was also missing.

Awful, dirty horrendous price for nothing!
Pros:

I have never stayed in such a sad broken down place! Not a hotel more liken dormitory. Dirty, television broken the shower room dirty I cleaned it before I used it!
The man on the shoddy desk downstairs charged me cash and more than Booking .com had charged and wouldn’t give me the key before then!
I was son the 2nd floor with no lift and I had to beg for them to help me with my suitcases and they moaned and told me off for having a big suitcase!
This was a nightmare and I arrived too late to change hotel, too late and I was too tired and they wouldn’t show me the room before I paid!
I want the rest of my money back and they should not be on Booking.com, it’s a disgrace you accepted them to promote!

Cons:

Dirty, no lift, no working tv, they told me it was just that room then the following morning a young man from Japan said none of the tvs in any of the rooms worked!
I told booking.com about this on your website and you never got back to me.
I use Boooking . Com all the time as you at Bookimg.com know!

Cons:

If you see from front view of this hotel. It looks nice n like British style.
But inside is like a jerk. Room is small. TV not working, NO shower gel in the bathroom. Shower head spoilt. Difficult to bath. Pillow is too soft.
Would not recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I think is good value for what you pay.
Pros:

I booked the wrong Swing & Pillow outlet since I wasn't aware there were two outlets in Subang. The check-in was smooth. There were many restaurants in the area.

Cons:

There was a cigarette-smoke smell in the room, which could be coming from the air conditioner or from other rooms.
I had to request an additional pillow because the room came with only one. However, the front desk was invaluable to me.
