掃除全くしてないホテル
Pros:

朝食はおいしかった。

Cons:

部屋が全体的に掃除されてない。
浴室はお湯かけると、黒いカビがすごくでてくる。
トイレ、浴室は匂いが臭い。特に浴室
トイレや風呂は髪の毛が落ちてる
コップが汚い、カーテンもカビがついてる
ホコリもいろんなとこについてる。

Zentrales und sauberes Hotel mit unfassbaren Service
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Ich habe ein Armband im Zimmer vergessen und dies ist mir erst in der nächsten Stadt aufgefallen. Das Hotel hat keinen Tag gezögert und es per Post verschickt. Ein wirklich unfassbar toller Service! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

以後來仙台必定回住，太滿意了！
Pros:

住宿地點超棒！距離仙台東口步行2~3分鐘，早上去搭藏王巴士超級方便，而且房間非常的大，還有超級高級的溫泉浴池，完全超出我的期待，

Cons:

早餐可選擇的種類比較少，但是咖啡可以外帶回房間喝很棒！

お風呂がマイクロバスで良かったです。浴槽は一つしかなかったですけどね。

部屋にテーブルがない。小さなサイドテーブルでもあれば良いですね。床はスリッパなしでは歩きたくない感じでした。もちろんスリッパはありますよ。駐車場も有料なのは良いのだがわずか数分早いだけでまるまる30分料金を取られるのが機械的でとても印象を悪くします。ここの駐車場は1時間400円30分だとわずか200円この200円をサービスしますねの一言があれば、とても感じは良いしリピートにもつながる可能性が出てくるが、私はこう言うガメツイ所にはリピートはしない。朝食の種類もとても少ないのが残念。あと、これも駐車に関することなのだが、宿泊者は11時までは、利用できると聞いていたのだが、延長して駐車した場合どうなるか聞いたところ10時からの計算をしてきました。たかだか、400円や200円のことだが、このホテルは人の気持ちがどれほど大切なのかを知らないようだ。わずか数100円の宣伝費が高いのか安いのか、冷静に考えたほうが良いかと思います。ぶっちゃけこう言う気の利かないところはボチボチありますがね。

Good room with nice bathroom facilities. Situated close to both a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven.
