Dated building that needs major refurbish
Pros:

The bed is comfortable. Reasonably clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing much for the foreigners, mainly local food option.

Cons:

The hot water in one of the rooms doesn't work properly. The hot water pipe was leaking that flooded the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling of another room also leaked on the second day of our stay.

La cortesia e la professionalità dello staff, la posizione centralissima, il silenzio all'interno nonostante si affacciasse sul chiassoso lungomare

Cons:

I servizi non erano efficienti: la maggior parte degli ascensori non era in funzione, niente acqua fredda, solo acqua calda (sarebbe stato peggio il contrario) e l'abbondante colazione a buffet scarseggiava di prodotti occidentali ed era quasi totalmente destinata a una clientela asiatica.

Good But Needed Work
Pros:

The Room Was Good And Big, Had all the things i wanted, they have water kettle and also cups for you to make yourself a coffee, the view also good from the window, the staff is very polite and good, the location is really good

Cons:

The Blankets were not change only the bed sheets and pillow covers are changed, the floor also not get cleaned by room service, the towels are not changed sometimes too
