Great location. Bathroom was the best on our trip out of two other hotels. I’d definitely stay here again.
Très bon emplacement, métro à 6 minutes à pieds, chambres confortables.
Nous n’avons pas pris un petit déjeuner léger dans la chambre en faisant les courses au supermarché à côté.

Vrij grote kamer voor Japanse standaarden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede locatie, schone kamers en het balkon was ook erg fijn! Ohja en het feit dat ze een ingebouwde chromecast hebben :)

. Quite large rooms for a city centre hotel
A little off the beaten path for tourists but that’s how you get larger rooms. A doable walk to the main attractions though. Otherwise a quick 5mins quant to the nearest station.

Fijn om de tot 22:00 (10pm) dag gratis drinken te kunnen halen op de verdieping van de receptie.
Soms is het verkeer in de nacht hoorbaar op de kamer, gaat dan vooral om motoren en auto’s met speciale uitlaat.

A beautiful hotel, quieter location but close to the shinsaibashi area. Konbini and food options just outside the hotel was very convenient. The staff were incredibly wonderful, we had some packages delivered ahead of our stay which they accepted on our behalf and stored until our arrival. We are so appreciative of their willingness to help and friendliness upon our arrival. The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel has an extensive range of amenities.
Loved the bed and pillows were very comfy. We had great sleep. Great location as base for outside Osaka day trips, lots of resto around, has a pharmacy nearby for shopping. Satisfactory cleaning by housekeeping except for a few noted observations, see what I didn't like section.
Vent above the bath tub or shower was dusty. Same as the ceiling lights were dusty too. Both are hard to reach areas and seemed to have been forgotten. Clearly, room we stayed at needs deep cleaning.
