Pros:

Overall I liked the hotel and the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was comfortable and clean. I had a good stay overall.

Cons:

The location was more difficult than expected. The listing says it’s a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, but in reality it felt closer to about 15 minutes with a fairly steep hill both ways. You also have to cross the Shibuya Crossing every time, which can be crowded and a bit of a hassle, especially morning and evening. If you have trouble walking or don’t want a longer walk every day, this might not be the best choice.

Also, there was some noise every night that kept waking me up, like knocking or banging sounds. I’m not sure where it was coming from, but it happened consistently during my stay.

very comfortable and happy with our time at Tokyu stay Shibuya
Pros:

I really like the property it was comfortable, clean and the washing machine in the room was an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful. overall, very happy with the room and hotel service.

Cons:

15min walk to central Shibuya/train station which can be challenging with luggage.
Can be confusing. There are two Tokyu stay Shibuya, with another one of a similar name in the same area.

I love Tokyu Stay hotels, highly recommend for their great service and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Plenty of free products to take if needed (tea, face wash, lotion, toothbrush, hair tie, etc.). Location was walking distance from Shibuya Crossing and other tourist attractions.

Cons:

No bed making or changing of sheets, only towels and removal of rubbish. Great for short stays but wouldn’t recommend for any longer than 3-4 nights (if you like fresh bed sheets).

空間算蠻大的，兩個人行李箱全開還有空間走動，房間裡有桌子和小沙發可以吃晚餐或宵夜，還有微波爐可以使用很方便

都会旅の便利な隠れ家

駅からすぐ！
お部屋もユニットも作りに余裕がありました。
渋谷も1駅。周辺には食事も沢山あります。
簡易キッチン付きでスーパーも目の前なのでキッチンで食事を作って部屋食も簡単に出来ます。全てにとても便利でした♪

Pros:

Välfungerande, tillmötesgående personal. Centralt till Shibuya men ändå lite lugnare. Matställen och affärer finns precis utanför.

Pros:

i got upgraded it, it was spacious, however the "king" bed was two twins put together, bathroom was really nice. and in room laundry saved me a bunch! there was small stains here and there, but very comfortable non the less. no real view though unfortunately, also lots of sample toiletries to use

Great place for a long stay!
Pros:

Very nice place! just a little far from the station, take note if you are travelling with a lot of baggage.
The rooms are super spacy and confortable, the washing machine inside the room was a great bonus! theres also a supermarket just around the block.

Schoon en mooi hotel, dichtbij Shibuya Crossing
Pros:

Hele fijne locatie. Shibuya Crossing, winkels, supermarkt en station heel dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel en de kamer was schoon. Wasmachine en koelkast in de kamer was heel handig.

Cons:

Kamer was iets te klein voor 2 mensen, maar uiteindelijk was het prima te doen.
