最悪でした
Pros:

スタッフの方が注意等はしっかりと対応してくださった

Cons:

・洗濯機が汚い。乾燥機は開けると固まったホコリが落ちてくるレベルで詰まっている。
・同フロアに複数名の中国人の転売用商品購入目的であろうグループが滞在。部屋の外に買い物袋等のゴミを散乱させる。
・他フロアの仲間とそのグループは夜中に廊下で馬鹿騒ぎをする。
・文化の違いなのか、寝る際に靴と靴下を廊下に出して寝る宿泊者が居るため、廊下に悪臭が広がる。

Good value for money
Pros:

The location is great, quite close to both Tokyo station and imperial palace even on foot and close to multiple metro stations. It's also quiet and there are multiple restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room as well as the bed are both very small and even though we were prepared for that it's not the most comfortable. The staff barely spoke english and it was hard to communicate at times.

It was alright but I would have appreciated help.
Pros:

It was a comfortable and fairly clean room, with a fridge and aircon/heating.

Cons:

I didn't realise it was self-check in, although the moment I checked in a member of staff appeared. I found the self-check in to be very confusing, and it didn't seem like there was any staff around to ask for help, so it took me a while to get checked in. It wasn't ideal as I had been travelling for over 24 hours and hadn't gotten any sleep, I wish there had been a way to get the staffs attention for help.

La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño apestaba a tabaco siendo una habitación de no fumadores. La ubicación tampoco era la mejor, el barrio no tenía ambiente, eran oficinas.

Convenient location but disappointing
Pros:

The position of the property is convenient and well connected with public transport

Cons:

We opted for breakfast thinking it was served at the property (on the website and on Booking it is not specified the breakfast is outside), but the breakfast place is indeed 7min walk from the hotel, which makes it very inconvenient with the scheduling. Staff can be rude. Toilet paper was not refilled.

Pros:

The hotel was quite okay overall, and the location was also good.
The main downside is that the room is extremely small, which makes the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom is also very small, adding to the inconvenience.
Aside from the limited space, everything else was acceptable.

Top hotel voor kort verblijf en locatie
Pros:

Het bed was heerlijk en de service was top, de badkamer was ruim en de douche was heerlijk, daarnaast was de hygiëne top , de locatie was redelijk dichtbij van tokyo station maar er waren nog veel meer stations in de buurt, er waren extra` s die verassend fijn waren zoals haarfohn, haarkam, extraspiegels, tandenborstels en andere benodigdheden en bij de receptie kan je een strijkijzer vragen

Cons:

enige nadeel was dat er niet heel veel ruimte was om kleding op te hangen maar genoeg voor 5 dagen als je elke dag iets anders aan doet voor de rest geen problemen
