Pros:

清潔感があり、それなりにリラックスできて良かった。

Cons:

受付時に外国の方だったからか、泊まる際の説明が全くなかった。清掃がして欲しいパターンとして欲しくないパターンの2種類のドアステッカーがホテルによって違うのに、それの説明が無かったから、すっかり清掃頼むのを忘れてしまい、2泊3日だったが、入浴のタオルが交換出来なくて困った。

would love to have stayed more as its really good both price and the place
Pros:

really nice hotel with lots of facilities available. very tidy place slecially the room. new and everything is provided and really had a good rest.

Cons:

if we can have a microwave in the room would be nice and save us from going to 2nd floor specially during winter and the hallway is open air from outside

Pros:

Near a 7/11 and subway but so is all of Tokyo

Cons:

Staff wouldn’t let us store backs in the lobby with other bags that had been left in the lobby.

Corridor always stunk of cigarettes and the room did too if you didn’t leave the window open all day.

Cleaning staff didn’t clean the room even when requested and the sign left on the door. When they eventually came to do it, cleaning staff was rude and reluctant to do so.

Also the TV didn’t work.

чисто, есть завтрак, седушка на унитазе с подогревом =)
довольно тихо, есть кондиционер с подогревом
метро можно сказать рядом, недалеко 711
если бы еще приехал, возможно заселился сюда же

I would definitely consider staying at this place again if traveling with friends or partner.
Pros:

I like the privacy and the fact that the building, although in a busy district, had natural light entering at all times of the day. Also location was convenient.

Cons:

I would not recommend this location to families since there is no breakfast, and the place is mainly for travelers needing a place to sleep.
