We booked the room as pictured with a city view and paid for these amenities. Despite this being the only room available to book, the room we got didn’t even have a window at all and looked like a prison cell. I went to the staff to complain and showed them the room I had booked, they explained that this room was currently taken??? I told them that this was the room we booked and were never told of any other room options, otherwise we would have booked a different hotel. We spent one night in this room however were moved to the room we booked on the second and third nights, but we still did not get what we paid for. The room was small and very dirty, there was a layer of dust over the windowsill, blood stains on the bedding and pillow cases, a booger on the wall beside the headboard and hair in the shower. The shower itself was inside the bathroom, so every time you wanted to shower the entire bathroom and toilet would get soaked. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

The pictures are deceiving. The breakfast was just ramen or corn flakes and milk available from 730-1130. There was only one point where I even saw the staff because they only worked 2 hours in-person throughout the day, so if you had a problem then good luck. Their check-in process was a bit of a mess and the instructions we were given to remote-checkin did not match what actually happened.

I also felt like the room was barely cleaned between people. The hotel knew we were going to have two people in the room but only provided one decent-sized towel. There were other towels available, but they were not true bath-towel sized. We knew that the shower would be in the same little room as the sink and toilet, which was fine, but the bathroom area in general did not feel clean. The grout was full of sparkles and there was definitely mold. Also, the seals on the door were broken in some areas so we had to be careful because water would leak from the bathroom to the main room.

Underneath the bed and between the window and the bed were super dusty and gross. Also, there was a fridge provided but it never really kept anything cold.

We were certainly not expecting luxury given the pricepoint, but I was at least expecting it to feel a bit cleaner and professional. It just felt a bit strange overall.

謎の虫に顔と身体中刺されました。虫にさされた場合は滞在中に言わないとダメみたいです。最初も謝罪なく対応されましたし、写真を送ったのですが、皮膚トラブルと言われました。
虫が多く、壁に虫を潰した跡や天井の照明にも虫がたくさんいました。
三日間の滞在中雨の日もありましたが、外のすぐそばの廊下にずっとマットレスが数枚放置されていて衛生面では不安を感じました。
ファミリールームは予約時は片方の部屋はツインだったのですが、予約後、滞在直前に確認したところ、写真が追加され、2段ベッドの部屋に案内されました。
