O apartamento era muito bem equipado,muito bom para famílias grandes ou com crianças.
A cozinha incluía a placa,forno,microondas,máquina de lavar roupa,máquina de lavar loiça,torradeira, loiça para 8 pessoas,máquina de café Delta Q.
O Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade mas com o suficiente para o básico.
Aquecimento muito bom,aqueceu a casa num instante.
Local sossegado,sem grande barulho na rua.
Mini mercados mesmo ao descer das escadas .

Cons:

As casas de banho são muito bonitas, mas quanto aos chuveiros não são muito funcionais ,visto que o escoamento do ralo não estava conseguir acompanhar o nível da água e como a beira é muito baixa no fim do banho já tinha inundado o chão da casa de banho todo e já estava no corredor .

Temper your expectations and be aware
Pros:

The location is pretty nice, not very far from the metro. The place overall seems pretty stylish, which is nicer than some of the other blander offerings in the area. Every interaction I had with the staff was lovely.

Cons:

I think the most obtrusive thing is one that unfortunately cannot be controlled for, which is that as of right now (June 2025) they are doing major construction work on the building next to this property. The noise begins at 7:30am and really cannot be avoided.

It seems the property has opted for style over substance. Although stylishly decorated, there was pretty significant damage to many parts of the room. Art pieces had been ripped from the walls and left exposed patches of unpainted drywall. The bed had a feature wall with backlit glass, which (seemingly unintentionally) showed off some pretty major water damage to the wall behind it. The toilet seat cover was not quite attached to the toilet seat itself, and the soap dispenser on the wall had been torn off and left beside the sink. The window had only one set of blackout curtains, despite clearly having the equipment for a second set of sheer curtains (I feel like this has become a standard in most hotels), so your daytime options are to either have the curtains open onto the active worksite full of workers, or have them drawn and sit in total darkness. The window frame around said window was damaged to the point where you could see the raw wood underneath.

The property strangely lacked some pretty standard amenities. There was no safe, no washcloths, no pens or paper, all of which would have come in handy at various points of the week.

Overall, idk, book it if the price suits you, but I would have probably looked elsewhere given the opportunity to do it all again.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk! Het pand zelf was ook mooi en had een goede ligging (niet in centrum, maar wel op wandelafstand).

Cons:

Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt. Als ik dit opvoorhand had geweten zou ik er niet voor betaald hebben.

The metro was very convenient at a lovely square. It was only a short two stops to the historic centre. The metro was excellent.
