OK hotel, ikke noe mer enn det.
Pros:

Pent og rent moderne hotell, frokosten var god men lite utvalg. God frisk kaffe.

Cons:

Det ble ikke rengjort på rommet i løpet av oppholdet fra fredag til mandag. Ble heller ikke opplyst om dette.
Var ikke hyggelig å sitte utenfor da det var stor ansamling av ungdomsgjenger der.

Pros:

Sehr zentral, sauber , schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Gar kein Personal zu sehen, außer beim Frühstück,alles läuft über pin. War ungewöhnlich.
Frühstück schon sehr basic und Essen kalt, steht im Kühlschrank.

Modern hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel in the heart of Brussels. Walkable distance to many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too hard for me, and sloped to the middle. QR code for ordering food didnt work

חדר חדש, מודרני ומרווח, נקי ונעים
צוות מקסים ממש! כולם היו כל כך חמודים, תמיד עם חיוך, אנרגיה טובה, רוצים לעזור, נותנים הרגשה של בית.
מיקום מצויין, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, למדרחוב של חנויות (עם לקניון city 2 ממש ממול) ובכל זאת יחסית שקט.

Cons:

המלון לא ברמה של ארבעה כוכבים מבחינת איבזור בחדר, שירותי נקיון או המתקנים. הרגשה שקצת חסכו: היינו 2 לילות- היו רק 2 שקיות תה/קפה, אפילו בוחשנים ספרו בדיוק 4.. מגבת ידיים אחת.
אין נקיון של החדר, אפילו לא ריקון פחים.
גם המקלחת דורשת תשומת לב, לחזק ידיות/ איטום, והכי חשוב- הוספת מדף שיאפשר להניח תיק רחצה, זה כל כך פשוט.
היה רק וילון האפלה, ללא וילון לבן לפרטיות והכנסת אור (בחדר שלנו, בחדר אחרים היה). החלון לא ניתן לפתיחה.
זה לא קשור ממש למלון, ובכל זאת.. בשעות הערב מחוץ למלון תמיד היתה חבורה מאוד אגרסיבית עם כלבים, שעשתה המון רעש ולכלוך, ובעיקר פגע בתחושת הבטחון.

I would not recommend it
Pros:

The friendly staff and the ecological awareness/effort of the hotel

Cons:

The beds as many have reviewed before are hard with bumps in the middle. In order to flash the toilet you need to put down the cap/cover of the toilet.
Finally there is no filter making the water soft so you never feel that you actually washed your skin which makes you use more water than needed. Maybe it is better for the skin oils but you definitely do not feel washed. There is an odor in the shower which is something many have indicated.
