Pros:

Location is really good, the center of the city, many shops and restaurants around it, and it is close to the bus station and easy to take taxis

Cons:

Dust... even I have room service, daily, and they clean well, but the dust still feels in the middle of the throat and nose.... I told the receptionist that when I checked out, they said I should have told them earlier to change the room
