Value for Money at hte centre of the city
Pros:

The breakfast was good with al ot of options for a four star hotel

The facility and room was excellent

Cons:

Didn't get the extra checkout time for more couple of hours. The took some time to get the vehicle from valet parking. Many guest were checking out the same time.

Pros:

The hotel was full but the crew did everything to make it feel nothing could be missed.
Breakfast was very good for the value also.

Every thing was good and excellent
Pros:

Every thing was great and amazing and the Fnb staff couldn’t remember her name she was very good and helpful she greated us very well at diner time and the lady in the reception sara was great.

Cons:

Only one issue was the bed as I believed two beds or mattress were connected and there was a bit uncomfortable rest everything was amazing.

One day before the stay an email comes and content is as below “ Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel


Greetings from Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel.

We would like to inform you that payment is “NOW” required for your Room Reservation on 26 - 27 May 2026.

Notice the “ NOW” emphasis

And this is for a booking where I have cancellation till the 6 pm next day !! So when I email them .. then the tone changes and states .. it’s optional and link is just as a courtesy in case you want to !! But as you can see in the mail .. there was no mention of
Optional and it was like PAY NOW !!

And note this is the same property I had stated just few months back !! So didn’t like this tactic . Just to add it was also stated before the email that the payment declined whereas there was no issue with the payment and infact I paid with the same card using the App !! So all these tactics are not very straightforward business ethics !!


And finally in a room for 2 there was only 1 towel in the bathroom! As if its a stay for a 1 person occupancy and I had to request for additional towel
