A nice staycation
Pros:

Room service menu and their buffet breakfast is nice. Hotel receptionists are helpful and the space in our room is decent. We booked here many times already. The valet staff also are nice people.

Cons:

Probably the mini-kitchen. The sink is a little dirty.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione e la mia stanza era molto comfortevole, pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è abbastanza fornita ma si potebbe fare qualcosa di piu. Lo staff è sempre pronto e disponibile per aiutare in qualsiasi richiesta.

Overall, everything was good.I stayed with my family...We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves! 😊 However, when I booked online, the check-out time was shown as 3:00 PM, but when I checked in, it was different—the check-out time was actually 1:00 PM. Although it caused me a little inconvenience, the receptionist was very helpful and kindly extended the check-out time for me.

Pros:

Well.. room service is okay, they gave us whatever we request. The reception is also fine, but not too friendly.. and we expecting to extend our time at least 2pm like the usually from other hotels we stayed. But exact 1pm they told us to check out otherwise they will charge us. Just imagine we had a late check in like 4pm and my 2 other friends like 9pm knowing they came from Dubai, but just disappointed to telling us exact 1PM to leave. Anyway still fine our stayed. Not too bad😐
