Cons:

This is a formal escalation regarding an extremely serious and unacceptable experience. This hotel should be removed from Booking.com as it demonstrates a complete disregard for guest safety and basic hospitality standards. My family and I were left in a distressing situation in the middle of the Night of war zone, despite having a confirmed booking that clearly included a bed, which was not provided upon arrival.

Furthermore, I strongly urge management to take immediate action against Mr. Abdulbagi. His behavior was highly unprofessional, arrogant, and clearly reflects a lack of basic customer service skills.

I will be advising all my friends, colleagues, and clients to avoid this hotel at any cost. Immediate corrective action is expected.

Not quite the experience I expected.
Pros:

Location.
Sara, Receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

I requested a lower floor but was given the 11th.

I requested an iron before arrival but I had to follow up twice when I was inside the room; the first one was rusty and needed replacement.

I asked about the spa—directions from the male Receptionist were unclear, and Spa staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. They should acknowledge the guest when we arrive, not their phones.
