Reception try to scum extra money for a room already paid

Personel, I've booked single room with double bed by booking but after arrive rude guy in reception try to gave me triple room IN BASMENT a dark room with so small window , after my complains he said AHH we have one room without balcon and one with a balcony but you must pay 10 euro extra for a day .....IVE ALREADY BOOKED A ROOM AND HE Demand EXTRA MONEY
there was another very unsitisfief client who lost a flight because of this man in reception so this was a scum from the begging

Hopefully after call to booking I've got other options of super good hotels with same prize

So my advice as for a client AVOID THAT PLACE

Příjemný hotel s estetikou 90. let, vstřícný personál, čistý a příjemný pokoj, v koupelně vše, co potřebujete. Snadný check-in. Snadná komunikace. Velmi dobrá snídaně. Parkování na ulici bez problémů. Velmi klidná oblast.

Everything went well :)
Pros:

Size of the room was great , clean .. not too much noise .. easy to find ! Easy parking ! Definitely worth it !

Cons:

We had 4 people and only 3 pillows & 3 blankets :/ luckily I had a blanket for my child to use ! && homeless people were loud outside until very late into the evening !
