If you’re going to Varna, it’s definitely a hotel you can stay at without hesitation
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, it’s located in the city center and easy to get around from there

Cons:

After taking a shower, too much water spread all over the bathroom floor, and because the slope wasn’t right, the water stayed there all night. We had to keep stepping into the dirty bathroom water

Pros:

Я не жил в отеле, и 9 февраля, до заселения написал Вам и попросил отменить мне бронь. Повторяю свою просьбу об отмени брони и возврате какой либо части от сделанной оплаты.

Cons:

Отель находится в центре города район достаточно грязный. Парковка городская, не гарантированная. Море находится далеко. Это городской отдых. А мы хотели провести время у моря в спа отеле.

Heel goed, met een paar verbeterpuntjes
Pros:

Het was schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De airco deed het niet, dus ondanks dat het winter was, was het 25 graden op de kamer en we kregen het niet kouder. Het zwembad zou tot 4 februari dicht zijn, maar het tijdens ons hele verblijf gesloten.

Pros:

Стилно място, което предлага абсолютно всичко – отлична храна, басейн, спа и вани в стаите. Персоналът е изключително учтив и приятелски настроен, което прави престоя още по-приятен. В минибара има голяма бутилка Moët 😸 (нещо, което не съм срещала в други хотели, а съм била в доста). Закуската предлага добър и разнообразен избор, а ресторантът впечатлява с уникална и много вкусна вечерна кухня. Има и бар ако сте парти персона.

Cons:

Не ми хареса само и единствено матрака беше доста неудобен .
