Perfect for stay at New Years Holiday
Pros:

Santa Fe style. Quality hotel and food but less crowded than primary location of La Fonda. Easy walk to restaurants, plaza , shopping and main hotel

Clean, comfortable, friendly, great location
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is one of the best small hotels we have experienced. The staff is cheerful and efficient. Our room is bright and clean, and has a fireplace. Some rooms have a small outdoor space. There is a hot breakfast in the morning and a happy hour some days. The location is great- walkable tot he square but away from traffic, and across from the state government buildings.

Excellent value for Santa Fe
Pros:

It is very comfortabel and clean. We had a fireplace as well. Breakfast is good. Staff is accommodating and efficient. The best part is that it is very close to downtown Santa Fe for a reasonable price.

Wonderful location and so nice and clean. Will stay again.

The mattress was not very comfortable. And would have liked one comfortable chair in the room, not a desk chair.

all the positives are still carrying over from the Old Santa Fe Inn. Please close down room 7.
Pros:

We have stayed at Old Santa Fe Inn for decades. This was our first poor experience. The main positives remain location, wonderful staff, breakfast.

Cons:

Room 7 was horrible. worse than horrible. we were rudely awakened every evening except the last one by the room above us. There is essentially no sound barrier. Moving furniture, walking around and even voice transmissions. I spoke with the front desk and they offered to move us but by then we were all set up. The hassle of moving all of our stuff again was just too much. We hoped maybe it would get better? It did not. For a 5 day stay, I would have thought we would have been given a better room? How could the front desk not know that room 7 was a crap room??

Cons:

The fact that I booked a room for me n my husband that had a fireplace and a balcony and we had to move to another room that was not what I selected because the fireplace in the room that I selected wasn’t working. It just threw my surprise that I planned for my husband was spoiled

Went to explore Santa Fe & this was just about the only affordable hotel close to downtown.
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and convenient. Free water & breakfast. Great bistro

Our 1st time experience at Pinon Court warrants another stay when we visit Santa Fe again.
Pros:

Breakfast was a delight and very convenient.

Cons:

The recommended driver was not very good! Exorbitantly over priced for a 15 ride to the Santa Fe Opera.

Lack of costumer care
Pros:

Very disappointing
The “king room with fireplace” did not look at all as advertised. No free standing night stands, just a little square of a shelf on the wall. The whole bed area was tiny with barely two feet between the bed, the fireplace and the desk. It was dark and suffocating. We are Expedia platinum and hotels normally give us one of their nicer rooms or a free upgadre, even when staying just one night. This was a downgrade. It was clearly too small for two guests, with two nightstand size drawers for two people’s clothing and just one chair. There were other little issues like no cups for coffee/tea or toiletries not being restocked. We reached out to the general manager but did not hear back. For the price you can find nicer hotels in the area with better costumer care.

Good option near the plaza.
Pros:

Great location near the plaza. Room was large and comfortable. Parking was right outside the door.

Cons:

There was a glass cover over the fireplace. It made it feel remote & the warmth didn’t really make it through the glass.
