Second time staying here and would do so again in the future.
Pros:

Great location, complete and good quality amenities. Size of the room is quite big relative to other hotels of this class. Good soundproofing despite being in a busy area. Bath tub large and deep enough to soak in. All staff polite and pleasant

有一位韓國櫃檯人員態度超差的，我們臨時續住一晚因為我兒子生病，我前一天去跟櫃檯人員說要加住一晚，那個女的前台很好，還幫我網路訂房有優惠價，但是她說要換房間，一樣要 check out再check in一次，我也完全沒問題，可以理解。
隔天我們 早上heck out 之後，我兒子就突然變嚴重，喝水也吐，差不多12點我回去飯店問可不可以提前 check in，櫃檯小姐說2點可以，我們就帶我兒子先去看醫生，大概兩點多回去準備check in，結果櫃檯換一個男的，口音感覺是韓國人，我跟他說明情況，然後他就說「我們只有會員可以提前 heck in但是你不是，所以三點再回來」我就跟他說但是早上的櫃檯小姐說我可以兩點回來，他回我「哪一個？她搞錯了，也是要三點才可以check in」，然後轉過去跟另外一個櫃檯感覺在嘲笑我那樣，然後我老公聽完很不爽，進去飆那個男櫃檯，他一開始還覺得他沒有錯，然後我老公大發飆，他開始一直道歉，然後就說我們的房間可以check in了

如果各位遇到那位服務人員，有任何覺得被冒犯，該飆就飆吧（高高的梳旁分頭，壯壯的，不是日本人，聽英文口音極大可能是韓國人）他可能看我好欺負，我還懷孕大肚子然後推推車，加上兒子又生病，完全感受不到他們說kids friendly…
但是真的就是那一位櫃檯態度不好而已。
有的人真的就是欠飆。

Perfeito!
Pros:

Achei o hotel incrível, superou as minhas expectativas. Tudo muito bonito e limpo, quarto e banheiro espaçosos diferente da maioria no Japão. Café da manhã com bastante opções, funcionários educados e cordiais. Localização ótima perto da estação de Namba e também a uma distância a pé da dotonbori e namba yasaka jinja, principais pontos turisticos de Osaka. TV tem canais em inglês, o que é ótimo pra quem não fala japonês. Wifi funcionou perfeitamente.

Pros:

Tout était super. Chambre relativement grande pour le Japon, très propre et confortable, appareil pour se masser les pieds dans la chambre, apéro de bienvenue, personnel aimable, des glaces et boissons font offertes en journée et très bon petit déjeuner qui allie plats asiatiques et continentaux.
