La posizione appena usciti da Namba Station, la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Camera per 3 persone un pochino piccolina, per una notte è andata benissimo, ma di più è davvero piccola.

Good stay in namba
Pros:

Great service, nice location, nice hotel overall. Very happy with our stay. Staff were able to receive a package for me and even helped me with a missed package!

Cons:

The lighting was just okay, tho our headboard light was broken which prob would have been nice

Excellent location and outstanding customer service.
Pros:

Very convenient location near Namba Station. The staff were extremely polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. They also kindly assisted with my luggage shipment arrangements and handled everything very professionally. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location of hotel is excellent, near to train stations, amenities. Very convenient to get to places like kyoto, kobe, etc. Numerous eateries, cafe, shopping centres

1.地點非常棒！四通八達，無論大阪哪個景點，都方便前往；我們回家往關西機場，南海電鐵就在飯店對面。
2.飯店周圍，美食多到不知道該如何安排，光是排美食餐廳，住Hiyori Hotel 一個月都排不完；購物也是，飯店周遭緊臨Namba City、Sky-o、Parks、…真的太方便了！
3.房間寬敞舒適又乾淨，浴室找不到發霉的痕跡；雖然我們住二樓，隔音效果超乎我們的預期；
服務人員態度親切、英文能力非常優，溝通完全沒有障礙。
七樓設有自助洗衣，方便旅人天天穿乾淨的衣服出門，心情真的很好！
4.每天下午六點到七點，飯店的Happy Hour，飯店提供免費飲料，晚間七到九點，再提供花枝丸、茶漬飯以饗初到的旅人，揪感心的啦！

Convenient location in a well maintained hotel.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is very convenient, very near train station n within walking distance to many places of interest.

Cons:

Room was located in a different wing n very small n tight, difficult to put two luggages. Not enough space to hang clothes. No bottled water in the room n no water dispenser along the rooms corridor so if forget to collect from reception desk, have to drink tap water from toilet.
