Highly recommend
Pros:

It was so clean, modern, comfortable, spacious for Japan accommodation. Loved it! One of the better accommodations I stayed in in Japan. It was also extremely close to the station.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very convenient as it’s very near to the Namba Nankai line that connects to the airport and many eateries nearby.

Free drink at Happy Hour and the food available was a great gesture. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Have enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Excellent location to subway and shopping malls. Very clean room and friendly and helpful staff. Love the fact that the bathroom is levelled with the floor.

Cons:

A few times when I passed by the lobby, the amenities basket is empty. Wanted to try the facial mask but it's ok as long as I get my instant coffee

Good location to Edion Arena, train stations, restaurants, shopping.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Towel change everyday. Thank you for the water!

Exceed expectation
Pros:

Up one arrival, the staff greeting us with an upgrade: the room comes with separate bath, toilet , basin area and have a door separate them from bed area, there is even foot massage ! Highly recommended and would come back again if I come back to Osaka

Great location, but needs improvement considering it's a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Location super convenient (close to Dotonbori). Breakfast with good variety of both Japanese and continental food. Room size okish.

Cons:

We came in to check in at 1pm and the room was not yet available, which is understandable, but they could have let us know we had the possibility of free drink from 6 to 7pm - we came back again at 7pm and lost the opportunity for the day.
There is no baby changing room, which is super odd considering this is pure baseline all around Japan - there was not even a diaper changing set in either toilette (men nor women). For a 4 star hotel, I honestly expected better.
