Enjoyed our 3 day stay.
Pros:

The proximity to multiple restaurants was excellent. We had 2 beds and a futon room, and it was tight but comfortable. The bathroom had a true Japanese style bathroom with the extra seat for washing, and that was nice. Getting McDonald’s breakfast across the street was good, and cheaper than eating at hotel for the morning breakfast.

Cons:

Tight room. But still comfortable.

Incredible staff who saved my trip, but the room size and breakfast quality need improvement.
Pros:

The staff was the absolute highlight of my stay. They went above and beyond to help me retrieve a bag I had lost on the train to Osaka. Although it wasn't their responsibility, they were incredibly kind and proactive in helping me solve the issue. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service, which really saved my trip.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The food quality was low—for example, the croissant served was not authentic at all, just bread shaped like one. Additionally, the room was extremely small and cramped, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Pros:

Location was very convenient. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Amenities were wonderful. Loved the set up of the bath separated from the toilet. Enjoyed the lotion and facial wash provided.

Cons:

The lack of communication from staff during the false fire alarm. Everybody had to evacuate and people were all gathering in the lobby without any announcements from staff about what’s going on and updates.
