Great location, good food and nice style of reception area
Very cold in mornings as staff had doors wide open during breakfast. Staff themselves were wearing winter jackets while guests were trying to enjoy breakfast in around 10 degrees. Fitness room opened at 8 where its really no good. Rooms was probably 20% smaller than what the description promised.
We liked the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to the park and nearby museums. The common spaces were comfortable, a good overall vibe. Staff friendly.
Rooms were a bit dark, odd that there was only one chair on the balcony.

We loved our stay at the Wild Oscar. The area is beautiful and the hotel feels personal. All the staff is very kind but Jessica is especially amazing! She made sure the whole family was well taken care of. Definitely a great place to stay in Polanco!

Our family stayed at the Wild Oscar for a week over the Xmas holiday and were warmly greeted each morning by our server, Jessica, who consistently anticipated our needs and made breakfast feel easy and welcoming. We really enjoyed the menu, and our chef, Erica, prepared beautiful, delicious breakfasts throughout our stay. Their care and attentiveness made our mornings especially pleasant.

The Wild Oscar is a solid boutique hotel in a very convenient Polanco location. It’s close to Reforma, Masaryk, restaurants, and museums, which makes getting around the city easy.
The rooms are clean, and well maintained. Beds are good, and the overall design is modern without feeling overdone. It’s a nice place to come back to after a long day in the city.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The restaurant is also a plus — breakfast and meals are well prepared and convenient if you don’t want to go far.
The food was amazing Erika and Jessica and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful.
Hotel room was very clean and comfortable.
