Nice enough. Great location on the beach.
Pros:

Such a great location on the beach. Some of the rooms are quite nice - this was our second stay (and during the first stay we were in a room with a broken toilet that was a bit of a struggle). Restaurant is easy if not anything special - service was quite good.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are not at all well maintained. Even the better rooms are a bit worn.

Nice stay on the beach
Pros:

We enjoys watching the sunrise from our balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was wonderful - right on the beach!

Cons:

The facility was a little old and could use some updating. The door locks were a little rickety.

Old fashioned Gran Dame of a hotel with nice rooms with ocean view. Friendly staff and a decent restaurant on location.

Una buena experiencia para desconectarse un poco de la rutina y crear buenas memorias en familia.
Pros:

Las instalaciones en general y sobre todo que fue nuestra primera experiencia con nuestra mascota y todo muy bien. El acceso a la playa para ver el atardecer.

Cons:

Le falta iluminación a las áreas de juegos y cancha de voleibol.

Hotel was excellent!
Staff excellent as usual.

Cons:

Restaurant dropped a lot in quality.
Food was REALLY late, cold and was not cooked correctly.
Ceviche tasted old and extremely “fishy”.
“Medium rare” steak, came out cold and WAY over-cooked and extremely dry and bland.
Shrimp very overcooked, chewy/hard.
Chips tasted cold and cooked with “old” oil.

Overall, we will continue staying there for the convenience and our travels to the US.
Pros:

Cleanness, food and friendly staff and plenty of parking and 24 security service.

Cons:

Poor TV connection old technology not many English speaking, channel selection, poor bathroom service no air fans, bathroom would get fogged up when you take a shower, outdated rooms, they need an upgrade.
