امان عالي + بعد الساعة 10 لازم تكون معكم البطاقات عشان تقدرون تدخلون للاوتيل ما يدخله احد غير السكان
الغرفة فيها شطاف وهذا شيء نادر في فنادق لندن
ارجع له ان شاء الله بكل مره ازور لندن

Great location and overall beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Daily access to the spa facilities. Daily happy hour. On site meals. Coffee was very good. Friendly staff. Deluxe Bay Window room was spacious. Outdoor terrace seating for meals was a comfortable.

Cons:

My daughter and I stayed for 7 nights. The staff on the first half of the trip was much more helpful, friendlier and accommodating. It was a bit disappointing but it didn't change our high review for the hotel.

Exceptional Service but not the hotel for us sadly
Pros:

Location was superb. Staff we dealt with were good but the concierge service staff were exceptional. Thank you for returning my earpods and for sorting our late luggage collection out in such a friendly & caring way!

Cons:

I didn't like the residence rooms - were we in the basement. The ensuite was incredibly small. Walking outside to access the front desk was not great. The internal layout of the main hotel was a bit disorientating. Bar area felt quite oppressive. The service was 5star but the hotel premises were not in our view sadly as I so wanted to like this hotel.
