Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый.

Cons:

Отель очень старый, номера требуют улучшения и ремонта, на сантехнике были въевшиеся пятна. Нам дали номер, который не соответствовал фотографиям и тому, что я бронировала. После чего мы попросили поменять номер, поменяли на еще хуже. Второй номер, что нам дали, был торцевой и в нем было холодно, а ветер с улицы так задувал, будто бы шумоизоляция и вовсе не было предусмотрено. Уже не стали просить менять еще раз, потому что были уставшие и заселялись после 10 вечера.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Had lovely time at this beautiful , peaceful hotel depite being very centrally located hotel..my room was in the old block and was full of charm and roomy..The staff very friendly. One of the hotel cats stole my heart, the black and white tuxedo one.. seeing him for daily cuddles and play made my stay feel like home..

Best hotel in Cyprus
Pros:

Just come back from the pia Bella hotel again another fantastic time rooms are kept so clean. Breakfast is amazing and evening meals are different every night.i call going to the pia Bella hotel home .the staff are amazing and very friendly. Azru meets you at breakfast with a amazing smile and all ways ask if there's anything I can do to help you. Andrea and I all ways fill special. Rose in the new block makes us so happy with her smile and making us for extremely special as well .the staff at the front of the hotel are so helpful nothing is to much for them to help us.mehmet the manager all ways there to help us if we need anything. And thank you Mehmet for the fruit and nuts in our room pia Bella is the most relaxing place we have ever been stress free .our biggest decision is what to have for breakfast. Thank you again pia Bella for another fantastic stay see you in june

Good location and value
Pros:

Good sized rooms, short break on half board, breakfast buffet and evening meals with good selection availability at both times, drinks not that much dearer than outside the hotel which is good for a hotel, nice staff enjoyable stay. Parking is in side streets around no actual parking. Easy walk to Girne harbour, lots of local buses pass if you don't have a car(dolmuş)
