Pros:

The entrance lobby, reception areas is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and on hand to help with luggage.
Rooms were very large, spacious. Lots of storage and space and suitcases.
Good location - 5 minutes walk to Robertson Quay
5 minutes the other way to MRT.. 7 Eleven right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit undated and mot the cleaness

Great location staff were fine breakfast needed improvement as hot food always cold , the restaurant however was great

Great location for transport around Singapore right on the main train and bus line with a super short walk to both

Cons:

Room is super small only as wide as the bed but for 1 person who intends to be out a lot it’s fine I wouldn’t do it with a couple

Pros:

Er was een lekkage in ons toilet. Na 2x bellen was het nog steeds niet verholpen. Bij de receptie was daar gelukkig RAJAN. Hij heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het verholpen werd. De dagen na reparatie vroeg hij elke dag of het nog steeds in orde was.

Cons:

Onbijtzaal is druk en rumoerig. Het eten wordt soms niet snel genoeg aangevuld. Ook heet water liet telkens op zich wachten zo ook de soorten jam. De potten waren iedere dag leeg en moest ik erom vragen.

Pros:

We had very nice room, big and clean. Staff was very friendly. Very good location, near MRT and bus station. 7 eleven right in the hotel. Great pool.

Not that convenient...bit of walking to mrt station...room cleaning services had to be requested...it's not provided on a daily basis...shower head in 2nd room night was lousy...called for service and had to wait for in house plumber to fix it...not worth the $320/night price there...
We switched rooms and left behind a conditioner and a face wash...only managed to retrieve back the Dior face wash after 2 days and a couple of phone calls...
We had several rooms due to our headcount...so the beds on the last stretch of 4 nightts were sad n sunken...
