Ok for a short stay
Pros:

The location was very good, in a quiet street but close to the main square and several restaurants. The room was clean and the shower had very good pressure. The building is new and there’s also an elevator

Cons:

The room constantly smelled of intense humidity, since there’s no ventilation system and the only windows are facing the corridor, therefore if you have them open you have zero privacy.

Great location and convenient.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the historic center of Merida, restaurants and shops. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Our room was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of space. Although we did not use the pool, it was very pretty and very clean.

Cons:

1) Doors to rooms were heavy and wooden and there was noise from occasional guests slamming doors. Our room was tucked back into a corner on the second floor and hot water took more than 5 minutes to arrive after turning on the tap.

La posizione, la colazione al mattino preparata al momento

Cons:

La nostra camera era adiacente al ripostiglio del personale delle pulizie che, alle 7.00 del mattino faceva parecchio baccano, se sono in vacanza gradirei non essere costretto a svegliarmi alle 7 del mattino perchè sembra di essere al mercato ortofrutticolo. La finestra della camera è sul corridoio ed è impossibile tenere aperto per far circolare aria.

Petit hôtel à prix abordable, bon emplacement.
Pros:

Après la première nuit, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, car nous y séjournions 1 semaine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre 204, suite avec balcon. Plus d’espace et plus de luminosité. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place payant, même si le menu est limité. Centro historique accessible à pieds (10 minutes), ainsi que de la station d’autobus Aldo (15 minutes). Lit et literie confortables. Ménage et changement des serviettes faits tous les jours. La chambre était très propre.

Cons:

Il y a une forte odeur d’humidité très désagréable. Si comme nous, vous y êtes pour plusieurs jours, le menu est redondant pour le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours. Le prix est également plutôt attractif, ce qui peut sembler être une bonne option au premier abord.

Cons:

Malheureusement, le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur. Le ménage laisse clairement à désirer et la chambre avait une forte odeur d’humidité. Il n’y a pas de vraie fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, seulement une ouverture sur un mur, ce qui rend la pièce assez étouffante. L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et l’escalier est extrêmement bruyant, surtout avec les valises que les gens traînent ou font claquer sur les marches, difficile de dormir correctement dans ces conditions.

En résumé, même si l’hôtel n’est pas cher, l’expérience reste décevante. Je pense qu’il est possible de trouver bien mieux ailleurs pour un budget similaire.

Lage ganz gut inkl. Parkplatz beim Partnerhotel um die Ecke

Cons:

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, nicht sauber und komplett wackelige Armaturen. Kein Föhn vorhanden (auch nicht auf nachfrage) und auch kein Warmwasser zum Duschen.

War ok für den Preis aber würde das nächste Mal etwas anderes buchen.
Pros:

Lage nicht weit vom Zentrum

Cons:

Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich aber das war nur 1 Person.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und die Zimmer sind dunkel.
