My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Upon checking out, there were two receptionists at the desk, a male and a female. Unfortunately, the male receptionist who assisted us was very rude and arrogant. It was very disappointing to experience this kind of treatment as guests of the hotel. No customer should be treated that way, regardless of their color or race.

We have traveled extensively around the world, visiting more than 200 cities and staying in many different hotels, which is why we have achieved the highest Genius status with one of the major hotel booking groups. Because of this, we are quite familiar with the level of service guests should expect.

That said, the hotel’s location is perfect. Our room was a bit small, but the breakfast was fine.

В ванной комнате не было кондиционера для волос, в контейнерах шампунь и гель для душа идентичное средство - больше похоже на гель. Для женщин будет существенным неудобством

Bar war nicht immer geöffnet, sodass man getränke sich holen können. Das besteck war nicht sauber beim frühstück. Das personal war sehr überfordert beim Frühstück, das buffet nachzufüllen
