Номер был чистым, персонал помогал только в ресторане на завтраке
Было указано, что в номере есть все принадлежности для умывания, было только мыло и шапочки для душа , не было шампуня, кондиционера доя волос. Фен в ванной без защитной сеточки со стороны вентелятора, как только я включила фен мои волосы моментально затянуло в вентелятор фена, волосы испорчены. В номере есть шкаф для одежды, но в внутри него стоит мини бар, нет возможности положить вещи, спросила если можно вытащить мини бар- ответили нет. В номере 3 розетки, если есть необходимость подключить, что то кроме телефонов- это проблема. У кровати стоят не тумбы, а маленькие стеклянные столики- это не удобно. несколько раз обращалась за помощью к администраторам, помочь заказать экскурсию в музей, помочь с переводом- получила ответ ( цитата) ты должна делать это сама.
Таксата за паркинг от 18 лв. за гости на хотела.
Odalar temiz kahvaltı fena değil ama bir günlük konaklama için çok yüksek bir otopark ücreti aldılar yazık.

English speaking staff throughout. Large suite, perfect bed, dressing gowns and nice food from the kitchen.
They accommodated my dog and had 24 hr security on my vehicle.
We ate in the room and this was great. Food was fresh and plentiful. Large rooms and the biggest TV 📺 I've ever seen. Heating and air-conditioning xx
It really is only a slight complaint. Our toilet and shower had a small leak, but nothing major.
