Fantastisch!
Pros:

Ein sehr komfortables Appartment mit großer Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer und Stadion. Die Lage ist super, die Nachbarschaft sicher, das Persona sehr freundlich. Frühstück lecker.

Because Uber is so inexpensive in South Africa, staying here places you right at the perfect “corner” between well‑known tourist areas and more local, authentic neighbourhoods. Whether you want to explore the V&A Waterfront, hike Table Mountain, stroll through trendy cafés, or discover hidden gems known only to locals, you’re just 5–15 minutes away from almost anything worth visiting.
The rooms themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel like a true haven after a day of exploring. The beds deserve a special mention—they are simply a dream. Sehr gute Lage , große angenehme Zimmern mit Terrasse und sehr nettes Personal (besonders Buntu!)

Great apartment with great service
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and had a large terrace with a distant view of the ocean. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and in addition to the buffet you could order extra things from the menu. The location in Green Point is also very nice and the VA Waterfront is just a short Uber ride away. Overall very nice place and can definitely recommend a stay!

Nice place, calm and nice staff
Pros:

The staff is so loving and attentive. Nice breakfast included. Nice beds and clean apartment. We stayed on the first floor, so it was a bid loud with noises from the people and kids on the pool. There is room service and the kitchen is super well equipped.

Cons:

The apartment we stayed was very dark. There was aircon only in the main bedroom. The water pressure was not good in one of the bathrooms and the other one had no shower, there was just a handheld shower head inside a bathtub.
There was no view as we were expecting.

A very comfortable, pleasant and easy place to stay with great service.
Pros:

Very secure, lovely apartment, everywhere very clean and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and individually cooked hot items. Private parking (small extra cost but worthwhile)

Comfortable and spacious, and almost close enough to the V&A Waterfront
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great having a self catering apartment, so more space and a kitchenette, sitting area and balcony. Breakfast was great, included in the price and was both continental as well as cooked. Comfy, very large bed and nice sheets. Quick laundry turnaround

Cons:

There was no washing machine, I think I had overlooked that. The pillows weren't fabulous. Family groups staying which was fine, but kids in the pool were noisier than I would have liked.
It was really too far away from the V&A - next time I would stay closer.
I definitely wouldn't walk to the V&A Waterfront - too far - needed to drive or take an Uber which was very easy and cheap.

Pleasant stay but better for families and groups
Pros:

Overall the hotel is well located a few min by car from main attraction areas. Rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Buffet breakfest is alright.

Cons:

I chose this hotel for its location and the swimming pool. However, as a solo female traveler, I would have selected a different hotel in hindsight. While the rooms are pleasant, the common areas and pool are not particularly inviting or comfortable places to spend time.

For safety reasons, I arranged an airport pickup through the hotel and was willing to pay the higher price for the added security and convenience. Unfortunately, the driver was not there upon arrival, and I had to wait 30 minutes for him to show up. The hotel did not take responsibility, explaining that the service is outsourced. This completely defeated the purpose of booking the transfer in advance, as I could have taken an Uber for half the price and avoided the wait altogether.

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Heerlijk appartement. Lekker ruim, volledige keuken met veel apparatuur. Fijne bedden en een groot balkon. We hebben beneden bij het hotel ontbeten en dat was fantastisch. Lieve dames en heerlijk eten.
We hadden de knuffel van onze dochter vergeten. Grote dank aan het personeel dat zo fijn geholpen heeft en de knuffel een week bewaard heeft. Daar waren we heel dankbaar voor!
