Pros:

Au calme dans une résidence sécurisée, un peu loin du centre , nécessité d' avoir une voiture.
La grandeur du logement 2 chambres dont une avec un lit king size, très bien équipé.

Cons:

Nous avions 2 appartements, bémol pour l' un des deux, il n'y avait pas d' eau chaude.

Absolutely excellent accommodation. Great location, very good standard, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everything worked perfectly, and we felt very welcome. We would be happy to return.

Cons:

I would appreciate better kitchen equipment. The dining set is only for four people, so if I use one plate for something like vegetables, I am missing plates when serving the meal.

We had a wonderful time!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. There were a couple of issues with our unit, but the staff worked to correct them as quickly as they could, which we really appreciated. The units were lovely; the kitchen was practical (the coffeemaker was on the small side!); the furniture (beds, couches, etc.) was comfortable. There's an elevator plus a nice party room with a grill and a lovely pool.

Cons:

Having grab bars in the bathroom for safety and older folks really would have been great -- and is a pretty easy fix that would open the units up to many more people.

Cons:

El personal me solicitó check in vía WhatsApp, me pidieron foto de mi tarjeta, lo cual no es correcto, de igual forma acordaron con dejarme las tarjetas de acceso al inmueble, cosa que al llegar estas no estaban en la caja de seguridad. Al final regrese al día siguiente, tuve que gastar en conseguir otro alojamiento para dormir es anoche, y me comentaron que fue error con otro huésped, no tienen recepción, ni peros al de seguridad que pueda atender en horario nocturno.

Pros:

It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place.

The reception of the staff and Antoinette were professional, kind and very helpful.
The property is very quiet, safe, very beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. I look forward to my next trip there. I highly recommend the Valhalla Residence. Thank you! Steve
