From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that a compulsory room deposit of MYR 200 net per room per night will be collected upon check-in.

Lovely hotel on the beach with excellent beach access
Pros:

The adult pool was excellent, breakfast buffet was great and really good variety and the staff went over and beyond. The access to beach is also great. We had dinner there once also which was delicious. The gym was also excellent, good equipment and very well air conditioned

Cons:

I think the rooms could be cleaner particularly in the bathrooms. For the price and for a 5 star hotel I would have expected the rooms to be better cleaned. More sunbeds at the adult pool and also at the beach. More shade by the adult pool.

Great hotel

Alt i alt et fantastisk hotel og med en skøn beliggende. Fantastisk stand og god pool. Et virkelig smukt hotel.
Pros:

Ligger fantastisk og har en virkelig dejlig strand lige ved hotellet. Rigtig rent og pænt og personalet er virkelig venlige! Klart et flot luksus hotel. Et skønt område for børn med Nintendo og alverdens spil og leg.

Cons:

Vi fik utroligt ondt i ryggen af deres senge. De virkede ellers fine, men vores ryg var bestemt ikke enige. Vi synes at betjeningen ved poolen var meget langsom. Vi synes det var ærgerligt at vores børn ikke selv måtte være ovre i legelandet og være. De er 7 og 8, men en af os voksne skulle være til stede. Det begrænsede lidt omfanget af hvor meget det blev brugt.
