Food was excellent. Location is perfect and very quiet. View from terrasse is unbelievable. Room was very clean, with great shower. Employees were great, very helpful and welcoming.

- Hotel concierge Bora! He is by far the best asset this hotel has to offer. He was super polite, helpful and kind. He speaks fluent English and therefore was able to fully understand us. He was the highlight of our stay, and we truly enjoyed our chats with him.
- Great location, quiet in the evening.
- Generally clean, the housekeeping staff were thorough.
- Breakfast was good, lots of veggie choice with a nice view.
- The massive lack of logic and privacy in the spa in the sense that there were no signs or latches on the Hammam door, leading to a male hotel guest entering whilst I was mid-appointment. This was HUGELY upsetting and a massive breach of privacy. The hotel apologised (some more than others!) and I insisted on a sign being put on the door to try and prevent this from happening again. It baffled me that this had not occurred to them before. Different members of staff gave conflicting stories saying that it had happened before, whilst others said it hadn't. Either way, accountability needed to be taken.
As an apology, the general manager offered some discounts on services, one of them being a complimentary massage which my husband took. However, due to a lack of communication between the spa and reception staff, the massage didn't happen as expected. It led to frustration on our end as we just wanted to understand how this had happened but were met with not very nice customer service. That was until Bora intervened and we felt heard and understood.
If you decide to take them up on their Hammam services, please ensure proper measures are taken to protect your privacy.

Great location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, pleasant staff
Unbelievably friendly staff - from the sweet women at the spa, to the breakfast crew, to the front desk team, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Facilities were top notch, location was central (albeit touristy) and breakfast spread was fresh and delicious. An absolute highlight was the hammam (for me) and indoor heated pool (for our son).
They organized a day tour for us that was quite expensive and then guide was super disappointing. Other than that, everything was phenomenal.
The location was excellent being only a short walk to the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The onsite restaurant was also really convenient with kids and had wonderful views!
Unfortunately the pool was out of order while we were there but it looks amazing!

Location is great to visit the old city. Staff is efficient and respectful. Place has 2 elevators, and that makes traffic more fluent! I was impressed by this as the hotel is in the old city, yet has been built in a way to make it efficient. Some cities,like NYC, have this problem, 1 elevator and crowded floors, as a tourist is something I appreciate.

Небольшой уютный отель, безумно отзывчивый персонал (я и не думала, что в Турции такое есть 🙈). Без проблем оформили ранний заезд, в номере есть все необходимое и даже больше: тапочки, косметический набор, вода (1,5 литровая бутылка на сутки), ежедневные комплименты в номер ввиде сладостей, кофе, чай, сливки не по два пакетика - а просто куча! Уборка номер ежедневная. Вода горячая!!!! В номере тепло!!! Хотя мы были в марте, температура на улице +10, + 15 днём. С виду отель напоминает не большой замок, очень красивый. По завтракам - скромно, но нам по утрам только омлет заходит и зелень с овощами. Кофе - очень вкусный, разнообразие блюд - отсутствует. И вот самое главное это - локация!!!! В самом центре исторического Стамбула, все пешком можно обойти. Все самые «жирные» локации тут, а от истории дух захватывает, вечером все красиво подсвечивается и создает особый вайб. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Soto — ребята постоянно делают скидки и там очень вкусно + куча бесплатных бонусных блюд! По сути мы только ночевали в номере - но за комфорт, доброжелательность и местоположение 1000 баллов! Рекомендую однозначно!
