Lovely grounds, great for the good weather we had and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Looks like its had a recent refurb since we were there a few years back.
Food on was really good and staff were great.
We were given rooms close together as requested.

Cons:

Seen it before, but a long walk to the accessible rooms, i cant get my head around that.
Normal room slightly on small side, accessible room was a good size.

Most enjoyable stay. Will probably return - in winter!
Pros:

The Spa was a real bonus given the hot weather. Fairly limited menu in Harrys Bar however the Mezze we had was one of the best we have ever tasted.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms made sleeping comfortably a challenge even using the fan provided. With global warming, I think the hotel should consider installing it throughout but appreciate the costs involved.

Not worth the money. They look unprepared for hot days!
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Pool wasn’t clean (water wasn’t maintained properly as it wasn’t clear). Aircon wasn’t available in rooms. That was horrible as it was a hot day and not even the fans provided were powerful enough. We had to go to the restaurant area for dinner to cool down and make the full experience count. The restaurant was okish.. prawns were tasteless and I reckon it was pricey for the portions… £10 for a dessert that big? Really? Nothing special either… disappointing!

Pros:

Loved the spa facilities and how soft the bed was!

Cons:

For the price hotel did not have operating fans especially for this heatwave. Other than that myself and my partner had a lovely stay. Have came here many times before just disappointed with how rubbish the fans staff provided were, struggled to sleep
