Definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location, had thanksgiving dinner there which was great, stayed two days and we witnessed a street carnival going on. French quarter nearby and loads of other things to do

Pros:

Staff and concierge were fantastic! Great location...able to buy ticket to sit in stands for martigras parades...awesome. A few good restaurants close. Free drink tickets to hotel restaurant. Nice bar on site. Very comfortable beds nice room.

Cons:

Rug was a little soiled. Keurig coffee maker in room not working. Minimal outlets. Need adapter for USB-C ports.

Pros:

The concierge Christopher will be the #1 reason for our group to go back. He was an absolute game changer. He helped us to our rooms. And on his way to work ran I to us on his WAY to work and was late helping us make it back to the hotel.

El servicio de limpieza de habitación, aunque podrían retirar vasos y copas

Fuimos como parte de nuestro viaje de novios 4 noches para disfrutar de nueva Orleans, piscina cerrada cuando nos dijeron en recepción que estaba abierta, y ningún detalle en la habitación, avisamos y no nos hicieron ni caso, teníamos el desayuno pagado y te cobraban el servicio aún así. La vdd es que bastante decepcionante siendo la marca que es, les avisamos de estas cosas y ni contestaron, solo pidieron 5 estrellas pero no hicieron nada al respecto, no se, un plato de fruta o algo…. Podría explayarme mucho mas en otras cosas, pero no lo recomiendo

We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and the staff, without exception, were wonderful.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently situated for all the city attractions.Our room was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. We stayed five nights and the room was beautifully cleaned and refreshed every day. The bed was particularly comfortable.We paid for and enjoyed excellent inclusive breakfasts and also had two very good evening meals in Trenasse restaurant .

Cons:

The decor is very dated, with old , yellowing, light switches. The shower/toilet area particularly needed an up grade.
The room we were first shown only had an indirect view across an adjacent balcony and was very dark as a result.However, the staff were excellent and we were able to move to a much brighter room with a direct view,albeit of a car park , buildings and no greenery.
