L’accueil de tout le personnel que ce soit des femmes de ménage, de la dame du petit déjeuner et des personnes à l’entrée de l’hôtel était absolument parfait

Pros:

Strutttura bella e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere nuove e pulite. Acqua e biscotti sempre disponibili per tutto. La posizione inoltre è eccezionale, in un ottimo quartiere e a due passi dalla metro.

Cons:

i cuscini erano un po' scomodi e la caldaia era un po' rumorosa, quando utilizzavamo la doccia non riuscivamo sempre a chiudere del tutto il rubinetto e persisteva il rumore. tutto sommato comunque esperienza molto positiva

Pros:

Hotel in posizione comoda, a 2 passi dalla metro 7 e in posizione ottimale per raggiungere i più famosi punti turistici della città. L'hotel, nonostante la zona di passaggio, è ben insonorizzato e noi al primo piano non abbiamo avvertito i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Le camere, se pur piccole, sono pulite e con tutto il necessario. Il bagno aveva una doccia di buone dimensioni, non le solite piccole e anguste.
Personale sempre presente in reception e sempre cordiale. Unica "pecca" non si comunica in italiano.

Klimatyczny hotel w łacińskiej dzielnicy.
Pros:

Hotel w klimatycznym miejscu, niby przy ulicy ale bardzo spokojnie. 3 minuty od stacji metra. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadania dobre.

Ein ganz wunderbarer Hotelaufenthalt!

Das Personal war durch die Reihe sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte eine zwar nur kleine, aber ungewöhnliche Bitte, deren Bearbeitung meine Erwartung übertroffen hat. Wir waren im Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon, wunderbare 16 Quadratmeter, ein großes Badezimmer sowie ein schöner kleiner Balkon ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut und die Lebensmittel von hoher Qualität und ansprechend präsentiert. Ab 15.00 Uhr gab es jeden Tag frisch gebackene Kekse und Muffins vom Haus angeboten, rund um die Uhr frische Kaffees aus der Maschine (beides ohne Zusatzkosten), obwohl auch ein Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer war. Sehr lecker... Es blieben keine Wünsche unberücksichtigt oder offen. Wir reisen häufiger, aber selten in so gut organisierten Hotels, obwohl wir sonst in 4-Sterne-Unterkünften einkehren.

Très bien situé, hôtel charmant, accueil très agréable et petites attentions (boissons chaudes et eau offertes). Bon petit déjeuner inspiration brunch (18€)

Cons:

Chambre pas très grande, jolie salle de bain mais un peu étroite et la porte en verre qui mène à la chambre ne ferme pas complètement.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla fermata della metro e alla zona dei ristoranti, notre dame e altri siti raggiungibili a piedi, staff super gentile presente 24/24

Stanza minuscola, bagno davvero piccolo, al limite del vivibile. Ingresso dell’hotel curato, ma la struttura è un po datata, pulizia buona ma migliorabile
