Good location and amazing breakfast!
Pros:

We have been there in their last night before closing for some renovations in the building and it was a bit chaotic, althought the staff was super efficient and made everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible

Posizione eccellente, colazione ricca e varia e di ottima qualità, molto pulito. La lounge ai piani è un bel posto dove trascorrere i tempi morti. Staff della reception gentilissimo ed efficientissimo.

Cons:

Per una famiglia, il prezzo delle camere è alto, anche se la struttura è di prim'ordine.

Excellent location but needs major interior updates!
Pros:

Location is the hotel’s main draw! So central to everything. Walked to airport train at nankai namba station. Excellent buffet!

Cons:

Hotel getting dated. Need to change whole color scheme to make it more sophisticated and relaxing. Muted colors will help. Also… hotel elevator is slow. Lounge is too small!!

Great location!
Pros:

Great location! Can see the running man from our window and right on the train line. Decent sized room for Japan. Great shower and loved the complimentary skin products and they had a Dyson hair dryer, straightener and curler free to use.

Cons:

The pillows aren’t comfortable but that’s the same everywhere in Japan. There is no where to put your suitcase which is annoying and not practical but similar in most Japan hotel rooms. Would have been nice to have Netflix on the tv.
