スタッフさんの対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。
今回、子供達に内緒でポケモンルームを予約していました。秘密にしていることをホテル側に伝えていなかったので
チェックインの際、フロントでのやり取りでバレてしまうかも……と心配でしたが、スタッフの方が気を利かせてくださったおかけで、無事サプライズ成功しました！
大喜びでした！
その後も、道案内からお店探し、タクシーの手配や何から何まで本当にお世話になりました。
何でも無人で済ませる今の時代に、細やかな気配りができる、笑顔の素敵なスタッフさんに出会えて、気持ちのよい滞在になりました。
アメ村すぐで、周りはお店がたくさんなので立地も最高です。
また是非、泊まりにいきたいです。

Great location, would stay again for sure.
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to subway and Namba station. Easy walk to Datonbori, it’s good to stay a few blocks away from the craziness. Would highly recommend this place. Rooms were good and fun for the kids because of the bunks but also the games in the lobby. Washing machines and dryers also on first floor were very handy. Room was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals.

Great location and perfect for a family trip.
Pros:

Great location, very central and friendly staff. Clean and tidy apartment. The location and apartment were perfect for traveling with 2 teenage boys.
