a simple room at a very good price.
Pros:

This is a very basic hotel with very few amenities. Yes the beds aren't as comfy, the towels aren't as fluffy, nor is there in room coffee machine as the much higher priced hotels. But the beds and towels are fine, the rooms are clean and the area safe. The location is good, there are busy streets nearby but Louisville sleeps so the traffic does die down at a reasonable time. Very good value for the money. Highly recommend for travelers on a budget or those who just want a simple room.

It did not feel safe for a young woman staying on her own for the night I didn’t stay and had to get another hotel.
Cons:

It wasn’t clean there were stains and cigarette marks on the sheets. Reviews online said there were bed bugs. It smelt heavily of smoke.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

They always make me feel like it’s home away from home. I stay for work so I go to bed very early and I’ve never been woke up by loud guest!!
