Pricing and cleanliness
The AC unit in our room would not stay on and room got very hot
The location was convenient and the staff were very helpful
You could tell the building had some age but I can’t fault that too hard. It would be a bit difficult to access for someone who needs mobility accommodations
The cost was good. Fairly fresh remodel. Clean. Good neighborhood.
Nothing
The hotel was good value for the price. Nothing special but not bad either.
Close to what I needed
No breakfast the lobby is on the 2nd floor To get to the first floor you have to go too the back of the building. Room lighting poor I had to pay some extra tax didn't understand what that was about
Love this place!
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Easy access to stop on the way home from vacation
We stopped to get sleep and didn’t get any sleep as there was a lot of banging around and walking till early morning hours
I wanted to stay here a second time before leaving a review so I could give a fair and honest opinion. If you’re just passing through for a quick stay, it may be fine. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.
The beds are pretty uncomfortable and quite noisy, so don’t expect the best night’s sleep. The bath towels and washcloths are also rough you may want to bring your own for added comfort. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
The rooms feel a bit dated, and the AC unit seems to work on its own schedule. It’s manageable for a short stay, but not ideal for anything longer. The deposit is reasonable, which is a plus. Also, the lobby tends to stay very warm throughout the day.
Overall, it’s okay for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for extended visits if comfort is important to you.
Dated rooms, squeaky bed, barely any channels on tv
